needs better management!! Needs a better hairstylist who actually listens to the customer instead of overtalking and repeating her words I went in for a root touch up, and have my highlights brighter 220.00$ is what I paid I have pictures and the recipient when I called to address this issue The person sent a text message to advise me to talk with the management So when I contacted the manager she was on vacation. It's been four weeks and I haven't heard from anyone. Jcpenny Salon has been my salon for 20 yearsMoving to Ocala I came to this salon. Mistake and broke No recommendation My hair is still recovering and I will not return

Gloria is amazing!!!! She was so patient with my long hair. Took such good care of me while I was in her chair. I cannot say enough great things about her professionalism. My hair is literally glistening is so shiny and healthy. I can’t wait to return back!!

Had my hair done here for the Thanksgiving week, had the best experience , got my highlights done by Chloe , she got me a little bit of sunshine in my hair , I love the people there , very friendly and caring ,they actually know what to do , great results , very positive .

Beverly is so amazing and makes miracles happen every time with my hair. I absolutely love going to see her every couple of months to get my hair colored and cut. Laura also helped my daughter select products to help take care of her curly hair. Highly recommend coming to check them out.

I finally made the decision to have something done to my hair to allow the grey to come in. Gloria gave me highlights and lowlights. She did a fantastic job and was very understanding and kind through the process as I was nervous about it. I highly recommend her to anyone reading this!

Katherine was my stylist. She was always great. Color was what I asked for a nd cut was flattering. Unfortunately, she became very ill and I went to another salon.

My mother and I went to this salon to get a haircuts. Raquel was in charge of styling my Mothers hair. We specifically told her we wanted face framing layers and layers all around. Instead of giving her normal long length layers she butchered my Mothers hair horribly. Like why would you do that? Raquel raved about having 20+ years of experience yet she ruined my moms hair. Raquel at the time of doing my hair was new to the salon and I honestly can say she is a GREAT addition! She is such a hard worker and did everything she possibly could with my hair (4C) and little time! My hair looked so pretty and healthy and I had no idea my hair looked the way it did until she got ahold of it..lol. I’m so excited to go back to her! Also Katherine and Emily are GEMS! Maria was Amazing... I went in there not knowing what I was doing and walked out super Excited !! Not only did I get a new dew, I learned a lot about hair!! First time for me...I will definitely be back!!
