Wouldn’t wait 1 minute for a loyal decade long client! Thoughtless self serving company. Rude upon arrival every single time, junk batteries and over priced for a battery that will only last maybe a year. I still cannot believe that they wouldn’t wait 1 minute! Disgusting and dirty place. Wouldn’t take payment over the phone either! Just a sorry excuse for a company!

Worst customer service experience. 10 minuntues before closing they were unable to sell me merchandise, WALMART has better customer service and same prices SMH unacceptable laziness. Left me broke down with a old dead hurricane battery?

Have been doing business with these people for over 5 years. I've never had to wait long for service and they change out, test your old battery and if it needs replacing, do it for no additional charge. I'll continue to business with them when I get this kind of service!
