Call to confirm your appointment don't rely on email. They told me I had wrong day. I was seen after a 30 minute wait, totally wasn't expecting that. The office it's self was very hot I recommended not wearing a sweater. The staff were very polite and Sandra my preparer was new and it was the first thing she told me and I nervously agreed. But in the end I believe that my taxes were completed with100% accuracy. Sandra did a great job

My wife and I went in to prepare our taxes and when they were done they ask for $900 for preparing them. We do Uber and doordash. Not complicated taxes like corporations or llc. Just feel like they hit the cost button 4 times. Ugh. We won’t be back!
