Facility at UF was wonderful vet tech was very nice Dr howe needs a lesson in bed side manners .He was not pleasant on the verge of Rude and while the other vet on another case was super nice to her patient I prob would not return. I called to voice my opinion but office manager doesnt return calls

We have been with this vet foe many years, and have been satisfied with the care that we received from them. In years past they put a beloved dog to sleep for us and several weeks later they sent a small plaster cast of his footprint with a single rose. It was cherished and very appreciated. Today we once again needed that service for our cherished Bichon. a after spending $150 for euthanasia I requested a gain to have a foot print casted, and was told that they could do it for an additional $60. I am saddened that they have become so mercenary that they would sell a bit of comfort. I don't believe that I can go back to them for pet care.again if 10 years of history is not valued with the compassion that used to be their standard.

I have been going to airport road animal clinic for 14 years I saw a Vet Dr Stone who actually works at UF small animal clinic and is brilliant. She saved my dogs life twice and I was able to see her or her husband at Airport road Animal clinic. Three years ago a new vet saw my dog at Airpot Roadroad. My dog was very he ill and had pancreatitis she said I should consider euthanasia. Dr Stone being my vet swooped in and saved his life. What kind of vet would ask you about euthanasia before they even tried to help my dog. I will not metion the vets name but she has numerous reviews about her if you look up airport road on the Next door App. When the former owner who kind compassionate and ran a wonderful place sold the place to the now owner prices went up Compentance by the staff in my opnion became terrible. Let me give you some examples. I would beware if your dog has medical issues to board. This is my experience my dog went for boarding I was transitioning food I left one can to mixed over the time to be mixed with th old food I gave them specific instructions when I came to pick up my dog the new food was gone and they did use his old food which caused him to have severe diarrhea, I spoke to the owner asked her if she would compensate me for what happened she did not yet I had to pay for medication. In my opnion the service and trust for me went out the window when several times I was informed by staff that everything was fine but then found out from those techs that took care of my dog what they where saying was not true. My dog has an enlarged liver and is 14. Mistakes like this can make him sick and it did. Now again my dog had diarrhea I called and left a message they called back and they said to use Forta Flora which I have been using for 3 years. I called back and told them that then they called again and said use Forta Flora. It proves to me in my opnion no one listened to me or gave any jhelp. Dr stone only coming once a month and I got a back up vet who is wonderful. No more incompetence. The staff is nice and accommodating and Dr Stone agreed if she needed my new vet can call her and she will speak with her. Best of both worlds, should of left her years ago stayed because of Dr Stone and her husband Dr Howe who no longer is at airport road. I will attempt to get my money back for any services the on the plan I bouhhgt which ends in Febuarary. But like the other negative reviews I bet I will be taking this issue to the BBB. in my opnion I think is the prior owner would be appalled as this was his legacy!

This Vet office is the best I found in Hot Springs. All of the staff are so nice, and pet loving people. Dr. Bell calls to discuss your pet's health, and findings. I may have to drive further to get my two girls there, but it's worth it!

Docs are friendly and have always taken good care of my GSD. I also use them often for overnight or weekend boarding.

Dr. Barr saw my pooch same day and took great care of her. Had to check in the second day due to worsening of symptoms and she didn't mind checking back in-- They took great care of my pup for fair price. This is our new vet :)

Dr. Howe is the most compassionate vet I have ever dealt with in my lifetime. He spent time with Judy and I on Friday, oct. 9 discussing Stumper’s severe problem before putting him down. There was no rush and answered all of our questions. I would highly recommend him.

I just took my new puppy, Clancy, in for his first visit to see Dr. Howe. I’m very happy I chose this animal clinic. In light of the Covid pandemic their procedures and service were flawless, minimal contact and maximum service. My pup is a mini golden doodle and he had some shaggy hair around his eyes that I didn’t realize what was bothering him so much. They clipped him up and I can really see a difference in how comfortable he is now. Thank you so much for having my back and his eyes

My fur babies have been treated with love and great care since our initial visit. The health plan makes giving my babies everything they need and more affordable too! Thanks to the amazing team of professionals my babies have had their teeth cleaned and all up to date. The office team is by far the kindest we've visited. I'm so grateful to have found a wonderful and affordable veterinarian to care for our beloved babies.

The best Animal Clinic in Ocala! They go above and beyond in their treatment and are very accommodating. Their staff and doctors are excellent. My family has been using them for over 10 years.
