So recently I found a car online I had to take some hesitation step back and think about this. It was a long trip plus I was going to do this on my own. My husband and children were staying home. I ended out on this journey. I ended up at Honda Ocala at first I didn’t feel so good. Apparently they were shorthanded and then I met Mike Lehman for me. Everything turned around Mike and I quickly built a relationship. The car is getting cleaned up. I’m heading for finance and then I will soon be heading home safely. I would tell you to send your family and friends to see Mike Lehman at Honda Ocala , I do hope Honda gets this . shortness of staff repaired, but certainly they did a great job in the end, winning me over and selling the car

Expected a long wait since I didn’t buy the car at Ocala Honda but was pleasantly
Surprised. They got me in right away got the oil changed and treated and car washed and returned to me in less then 1.5 hours. Great service and thanks will be returning for oil changes and any required work.

So very unfortunate for me a few days ago I wrecked my car and totaled it out. She was the love of my life. I found a car online that matched her pretty much pretty close anyway and happened upon Mike Lehman at Honda of Ocalla what an amazing man he got the car and pulled it up for me took me for a ride made me feel comfortable. I trusted him, also he asked me a few other information. He helped me save $100 a month and my insurance. Being a single mother, this means a lot I can’t thank God for Michael Lehman at Honda Ocala and in my life he is a blessed man and he will bless you with everything he’ll do for you. True professional they call him Batman the Honda pro.

Excellent service, Salesmen DJ and Ramy Tarawneh in particular, were super. Purchased a newer used vehicle from Honda Of Ocala after much searching, and found the exact model and features I wanted. It should be noted I can be a difficult customer, as I had done extensive research on my intended vehicle. The sales team were great, and guided me through the process, and answered all of my exhaustive questions. Also a thanks to Christopher in finance who worked to get me the best deal, he was even able to beat my bank offer! And a shout out to Sarah (Internet Department?) who was very helpful via text, to get me started.

Terrible experience. They sold the SUV that we were actively negotiating on. The sales manager sent me the sales form, I reviewed it & had questions. I hadn't heard back from them in 2 hours & reached out again & they sold the vehicle in that time frame. I would not recommend them at all.

Just purchased another vehicle and experience from 6 years ago to 2 years ago to now hasn't changed a bit. The dealer always works with you to make a deal. My salesman DJ did excellent work brokering a deal. I had 4 SUVs in mind and he helped narrow it down to the one I bought. Even when my "new to me" SUV had a issue they fixed it promptly and didn't charge me. A $1300 bill on Hondas tab. All around great. In the next 3-4 years expect a return from me. Great job to everyone there.
