Arrived 8 minutes early for my appointment (cleaning) and waited 30 minutes to go back. Appointment was at 10 a.m., so not like it was later in the day when things may get backed up a little.

By far, BEST dental service in Ocala. The office is Great with getting you in ASAP if needed. My last Dentist's office would not even get back to you for days, sometimes the office wouldn't even answer the phone.

It’s two days before Christmas and I have a fractured tooth, plus I have been in Ocala 24 hours. Grand Oaks dental on 42nd street took me yeah! Jammy was a great and funny assistant and Hannah Kazzal was gentle, patient, encouraging. They took me in two times in same day. Yes I was terrified both ladies got me thru with very little discomfort on a tooth extraction. this practice treated me like a queen. thank you! You will love this dental office!

First off I was very grateful that they acomodated a same day appointment to help me with the pain I was experiencing. Everyone I came in contact with was kind, caring and so profesional. They have been great every time I call and try their bestto help me. They definitely make you feel like they care.

HOLY COW. I can go ON and ON about this place. The staff and service is STELLAR. They have HUGE insight on what they are doing and are EXTREMELY informative. Makes you feel APART of what’s actually going on and what needs to be done. The place is BEAUTIFUL and they go above and BEYOND with care and ensuring you’re comfortable. Stephanie, Lindse (sorry if misspelling), Dr. Herrera, and alllll the staff THANK YOU for allYou do. AMAZING.

Brittany was my assistant and she was very knowledgeable and did a great job with my X-rays! Leslie was my hygienist and she was so gentle and had all kinds of tips for me to keep my teeth healthy. Dr Insco was very thorough and made me feel right at home. I was so nervous going to a new dental office but my entire visit was amazing. Thank you!

Dr. Amir has a rare, caring personality. Very knowledgeable in his field and explanations. The staff is friendly and professional. A joyful experience for a usually less than enjoyable necessity.

Horrible, horrible service. I had the metal removed from my bottom molars. Dr. Ensko performed the work as discussed. I returned 4 more times to fix both bottom molars, and I still cant chew food on either side without pain in every bite. I tried making a 6th appointment to fix my teeth, and was informed they couldn't see me for 2 weeks. I would leave zero stars if it were an option.SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

I had a very painful toothache and they got me in the same day, within hours of calling, to take ex rays and find the problem. The staff, hygienist and doctor were all very friendly and knowledgeable. The doctor prescribed antibiotics for me until I could get a regular appointment for the next day.

For starters, I am from out of town, and had an emergency that needed attention asap. I looked online to find a dentist, in Ocala, that had great reviews. After looking at many reviews on top rated dentist, Grand Oaks Dental Care was the best overall. This is the reason I am writing a review. Hopefully, this review will help someone else when they are needing a dentist. I really am a chicken when it comes to going to the dentist so I was very nervous going to a new one. Especially not knowing for sure where or what was causing my pain. I have to say, my total experience was exceptional. From my arrival to my checkout, my expectations were exceeded. They made me feel at ease during my visit. Dr. Michelle Phelan walked me through what was causing my pain and explained my treatment plan. Celina, the dental assistant was also very comforting and made me feel at ease. The last step of my visit was checkout where a detailed explanation of charges were provided as well as next steps. I know this is a long review but as you can see, my experience was one that warranted a review. One last thing, the office was also impressive. Very soothing with many amenities for comfort. Do not hesitate to give Grand Oaks Dental Care a call... you will not be disappointed.Marsha

My sister recommended me to try her dentist. I relocated to the area and did not have a dentist. I broke a tooth and within 2 days I received excellent care at the 42nd Street location. I was surprised at how quickly I was placed on the schedule. Although, they are not in my insurance network, the cash price was less than my last hair appointment.
