“My mother-in-law passed away this morning. She was at Brandley House hospice home for 2 days before she passed away. We chose Roberts Downtown location to care for her remains because my sister-in-law used them before and loved them. Marie Gaddy is our funeral director and she is AMAZING! She was very patient and helpful. She explained everything that they were going to be doing and what we should expect. The entire staff that we encountered was kind and helpful. They are all definitely pros at this kind of thing - it takes a special person to be able to do this and Marie and her support staff certainly are super special! Will definitely use them again (but hopefully not too soon)!”
