I am a current employee at Foxfire Realty. I have been with this company since 2001 (22 years), and to me, that says a lot. I can honestly say that Foxfire Realty is such a great place to work and the owners are so wonderful to work with. I have never known this company to be dishonest and with me being in an administrative position, I know that things are done right. I have read some reviews and disagree. Our REALTORS are great and caring, and they try their best to assist a variety of clients with so many different characters and backgrounds. It's a tough world out there, so it's takes a specifically skilled person to handle certain situations and our agents do such a fantastic job. I'm very proud to say I work at Foxfire Realty and I love working with our agents daily to help them in whatever it takes in assisting them in having the process run smoother for their clients. ?

My experience at Foxfire was stellar all because of my agent, Christi Cheeks. I could not have found a better agent to sell my home, however, she became my agent due to her concern for me as a neighbor in need. I had suffered a life threatening incident and Christi came by daily to check on me and when it was determined that I needed to sell my home and move back to NJ with my son, only then did I know that Christi was an agent. I of course gave her the listing, how could I not with all the help she was giving me. It was due to her dedication to her job and me that she was able to sell my home without the buyers even coming to Florida. It sold due to the beautiful pictures that were taken with the help of Christi's staging. I was pleased with the sale price, which is what I wanted, and the speed with which it closed. Christi is my friend for life and I am sure one of your top performers. I am totally satisfied.

This review is a long time coming. We had Bonnie Ciesla on 200 as our realtor. Although she is a very nice person, showed homes eagerly when ever we asked, she contributed to our mortgage falling through 4 days before closing thru no fault of our own. We blame her & our lender Metroplex. It was devestating, we were staying in an airbnb and our belongings were in NC we had no place to go, had to settle for a place that would have been our last choice. She didn't seem to care & even didn't want to give our deposit back, which we did finally get. Go with someone more experienced that knows VA policies. We do have a happy ending, in our dream house now.

My experience with Foxfire Realty was absolutely wonderful. From the first step with Kathy Carpenter and her guidance with questions that I had, and on referrals and then by her sending me to Robin Rankin. Robin is an amazing agent and individual, she worked with us side by side through everything and made it all seem smooth and seamless. She is very professional and down to earth, and is on top of any issues that may arise. I am a first time home buyer so you could imagine how completely clueless I was when this all started. Well let me tell you with Robins help, hard work and diligence I am now considered a pro. I will recommend this team to anyone that is looking to either purchase or sell a home.

Spouse passed away recently (Aug 2021). Received post card soliciting business. VERY POOR BUSINESS practice. NOW IS NOT THE TIME TO BUILD YOUR BUSINESS ON SOMEONE'S GRIEF! I would NEVER use Foxfire based on the poor service, given I'm still in the grieving process. Spoke to Christi Cheeks from Foxfire (assume Summerfield). Based on my conversation with her, I would NEVER NEVER NEVER use her as an agent, should I want to sell. Building a business on someone's grief is HORRIBLE and should NOT be tolerated !!!

Listed property to sell -relocating for a job- with this copy with Ann. She did a good job w/ Open Houses and finding buyers. Once we were under contract things seemed to be going well. I made it easy to show the property and met every request from them promptly. About 10 days after contract was signed I was told everything was in order and moving forward. Under terms of contract the buyer was sending all his funds at one time for his convenience. Since the funds were due at the 10 day mark and I received the message all was in order I assumed that included the money part of the deal since its probably most important . I proceeded to pack all my belongings rent storage space hunt for a place to buy & somewhere to rent since finding something to buy was difficult. By the day before contract closing date 28th I had moved completely, rented storage unit rented temp place to stay paid deposits... the morning of the 27th I texted for details closing time place etc since I hadn't heard anything since the "all in order " mid afternoon I get a TEXT that it WASN'T closing because person who handles that for them was out sick I would get update in am . I decided to call for some more details since this was a complete shock got reply that she was driving and she'd reply when she reached her destination no call that night no reply I did text with my question that that night as well NO REPLY. I call again the next morning no answer and hour later I get a text that its a bank issue banks are backed up?? I ask a couple more questions & get the reply hrs later it will close 3rd time to be determined manager ??? So I repeatedly ask what is the delay& eventually find out buyer hadn't sent a dime by the day of closing ????? no one let me know I spent $ and effort to get out of my place, Eventually he did send the funds guess it was more convenient for him after 1st. I called Ann she handed phone to manager who was rude & condescending told me they had issues with a few other deals at the time but I was in top of the pile .. she would bring me my check.. The next day when my check was finally cut she was too busy had a training ... I could wait till that night or drive 80 miles round trip to pick it up. I asked if Ann would meet me closer sooner after couple hrs got text she'd meet me at branch halfway When we met she shoved paperwork at me to sign with a smirk Had to get my own pen out. She pushed check across silent, rude.. Another person in the office said thank you as I walked out looking at her like what the heck? Later I sent info that buyer would need I did receive a text from Ann apologizing for way the company handled the process??? I hired them They got paid - full rate from my funds I cant understand why they would treat me with such disregard?
