My adult son is newly blind. The classes and help he is receiving there is amazing. The instructors he has met are so wonderful and caring. Really helping him to adjust to blindness and teaching him to be independent.

Florida Center for the Blind offers comprehensive no-cost programs and services for blind and visually impaired babies, toddlers, children, teens, adults & seniors.
Our life-changing programs include a Babies Program, Children’s Programs, Teen Transition, Orientation & Mobility, Independent Living Skills, Access Technology & Assistive Aids training, Vocational Rehabilitation & Job Readiness, Braille Instruction, and Enrichment Classes. Instruction is offered at our Ocala Center, plus virtual and home-based one-on-one training.
Vision Screening is also provided to reduce sight loss among young children in public schools.
