This is the second ground shipment that had to go through Ocala, FL and they were unable to read the bar-code causing a delay in the delivery! FedEx has bait-and-switch on their website. You create a label and they say to drop it off and they'll get it there Monday, but AFTER you've paid for the label and dropped it off they say it will get there Tuesday. Ripoff.

If they don't take cash for packages they also told me my credit card did not work however after I called the credit card company they told me it was never ran.
