Website says they scan the bar code and print the label however this location wants it printed already. I was sent to an Office Depot. Don't waste your time getting any help here.

Their service is horrendous. Delivery person claims wrong address on package. Not so!! Paid premium for Saturday delivery by 5. Was promised by Customer Service that they'd deliver by 8pm. Never showed. 800 number shuts down so no way to get ANY service at all.

The woman that waited on me was pleasant but fast. I wish parking lot was a little bigger. But I was surprised how inexpensive it cost to ship my package.
