I’ve been waiting for my package for five days now it’s been on the truck and the guy is too lazy to deliver it And they keep making excuses, bad weather. It hasn’t been bad weather. I would like my package when it’s supposed to be delivered not when you feel like delivering it.

FRUSTRATED THAT I CAME ALL THE WAY OVER HERE AND YOUR PLACE IS CLOSED. When the pits online and when I called, said that you r facilities are open for drop off till 3pm.

I've had a bad experience that I don't wish on my worst enemy in any event if you need a reliable shipping company believe me don't count on FedEx horrible customer service they gave me a run-around claiming that they don't accept lithium batteries they give me a sticker I call up the customer number the same day they claimed they were coming that same day to make matters worse they didn't then they claimed they were coming the next day I stayed all day because after 5 hours I had to call up customer service to find out what's the status they said I'm still available for pickup until 8:00 p.m. like a fool I stay waiting till 8:00 p.m. to no avail I call a customer service again they gave me a song and a dance and because it was the weekend I had to wait now till Monday horrible please use UPS or the post office.

When we arrived, there were a few people in front of us but the line was very fast! Staff are friendly and knowledgeable!!!! Wait time maybe 4/5 minutes..... Highly Recommend!!!!!Thanks again

Great service. The GPS takes you to the back entrance of the building at the docking/loading making it confusing to find the entrance.
