While I was seated in the dental office, anxiously awaiting my daughter's completion of her dental fillings, I found myself idly scanning the surroundings to pass the time. My eyes landed on a sales flyer resting on the table beside me. Curiosity piqued, I picked it up and began to peruse its contents, hoping to find something interesting to occupy my mind. To my delight, I stumbled upon the sales page for Family Tire & Auto Center. Intrigued by what I saw, I quickly captured an image of the flyer and sent it to my husband, knowing that we had been in dire need of new tires for our beloved Camaro.
Our search for tires had been a bit of a challenge lately. With recent changes in our employment locations, we had encountered unexpected difficulties in finding a suitable solution. My husband had taken the initiative to visit several tire retailers, but unfortunately, none of them provided quotes that fit within our budget. It was becoming increasingly frustrating, and I could sense his growing disappointment.
However, upon contacting Family Tire, both my husband and I were pleasantly surprised by the exceptional prices they offered, as well as their outstanding customer service. I had initially assumed that my husband would be at the shop for at least three hours to have the tires replaced, given our previous experiences at other retailers. But to my surprise, I was mistaken! I remained on the phone with him throughout the entire process, and he couldn't stop praising the technician who was replacing the tires. He referred to him as a remarkable worker, and I could hear the genuine admiration in his voice.
When my husband finally arrived at the shop, he found at least three customers ahead of him in line. Yet, despite the busy atmosphere, Ricky, the technician, was working diligently on his own, completing the tasks with remarkable speed and efficiency. It was as if he were a member of a pit crew at a racetrack, moving with precision and purpose. My husband, who is not easily impressed, remarked on how quickly and efficiently Ricky worked, even without the aid of knee pads, which is often a standard practice in such jobs.
We are truly grateful for the exceptional service provided by Family Tire. The experience not only met our expectations but exceeded them in every way. We left the shop feeling satisfied and relieved, knowing that we had found a reliable place for our automotive needs. We look forward to bringing our other vehicles to Family Tire & Auto Center in the future, confident that we will receive the same level of care and attention that we experienced this time. P.S My husband was seriously impressed ?? That's a Big deal because NOTHING impresses him but food ??????♀️ RICKY you are AMAZING!!!!

Honest prices and honest service. I came in with one problem and they told me I actually had two. I was skeptical at first but Candrea (sorry if I’m spelling it wrong) was so helpful and thoroughly explained to me what needed to be done and why it needed to be done. Will be coming back if needed!

I visited the site to fix a flat tire. They were fast, efficient and friendly with reasonable price. I’ll recommend to anyone with tire issues in Ocala.

The customer service is HORRIBLE, every time I come here to get a tire the lady is always saying 15 mins or Im next well. so happen EVERY TIME she says that I get skipped and Im always the last one leaving even though I don't be the last to arrive ! I can give the owner props he is very helpful and customer is on point !

I love this place! I’ve been here several times either needing a plugged tire or a used one and the teak here is phenomenal! Great hospitality and just all around amazing, humble crowd that always gets the job done. I come here any time o have any issue with tires and they never cease to amaze me. They have my loyalty as a customer.

OUTSTANDING!!! They have exceeded my expectations on customer service & genuine care. If I could give a Million Stars, I definitely wouldn't hesitate! Everyone here works incredibly hard to meet each individual's needs, including myself. I have bought & received GREAT "used tires" from them for my 2019 Ford Transit. The techs carefully examine each tire before installing on your vehicle.
They are the most kind hearted & professional group of folks I've had the pleasure of meeting & doing business with.
They truly do treat you like Part Of The Family.

Went in to get 2 tires, as one had a knot. She said I did not need more than the one. Wow! Honesty in a business. AND I was in and out in less than 20 minutes.

Honest, professional, seem like good people. I bought a used tire from them and about a month later it felt like there was a problem with the tire and it was shaking violently. I stopped by and told themI didn’t have my receipt and I know it’s a used tire so there’s no warranty. I had them replace it and when I went to pay, I was going to ask For a small discount. It was only $45 full price so maybe maybe 10 15 bucks off? Before I even brought it up, she just told me don’t worry about it. It’s no charge I said ‘are you sure I could at least pay for the labor?’ She said nope, no charge. Really way more than I could’ve expected. I would definitely recommend them to anyone for tires, They’re not looking to rip anyone off unlike a lot of other places like this.
