It was on my birthday a lady came out and offered a pedicure while I was with my kids playing. I said no at first but I wanted to relax. I went in and got a pedicure and a polish on my hands... The bowl my feet went into was dirty I had to ask for them to rinse it out. Then they brought out towels that were stained.... But then ... They used the towels my feet were in to wipe the dirty lotion bottle off and then .. A BUG crawled on my leg to my foot I tried to get it and the tech got it and rubbed my foot while it was still there... I was wanting to jump up and leave but I had lotion all over my feet and he didn't seem to understand or care I mentioned to the lady there was a bug and didn't care and just double checked why I only tipped $3... I was NICE and mentioned there was a BUG... NEVER AGAIN if they stop me again I will say loudly never again since a bug was on me the last time... I will be reporting

Stay away from this place !! Unsanitary do not put a liner in the spa tub or use clean pedicure utensils… left me with red rash under my big toes leading to me have to go to foot doc finding out a bacteria infection!!!

Worst pedicure I have ever received. Was suppose to last 45 minutes, only lasted 15 minutes. Got the hot stone and the lady didn't even use them.

I had gel manicure, it lasted 1 week! I did not wash dishes or use chemicals on my hands. Did put a bandaid on my finger and when I took it off the whole gel came off. My nails are now a mess, had to cut them short and so damaged! Never again will I go there or recommend them!

I took my 11 year old here for her 5th grade graduation. We got a full set French tip. I had my 2 other children and the lady kept trying to convince my 4 year old daughter to get a manicure even after I told her no. My other kids were out front playing on the carousel and she called them over to again convince them to get nails as well. I'm very disappointed in the service

My friend and I went here. Workers kept pressuring us into getting additional services. $50 for pedicure with gel, $30 for a fill, and $30 for a whole face wax. That adds to $110 right, no they charged me $120 in the end. While getting the services done, the owner kept repeatedly telling us how much the services would be. Not even a week later with getting arcylics and gel, nails are chipping and top coat is literally peeling.

I never like to speak rudely about any small business but this was ridiculous. I feel like I was taken advantage of because I was dressed way over my budget... I was looking at the sign outside and the women at the counter came outside to me, took my hand and sat me down, she said I could get a pedi and a mani and I said ok. they gave me the most expensive pedi, (I absolutely loved the women doing my pedi) but I didn't want a 60 dollar pedi they just started doing it another man did my nails (CHARGED ME 70 DOLLARS) every nail is crooked, never, aggressively filed raw, the women behind the desk kept doing more services, she waxed my ALREADY WAXED FACE and charged me another 30, when nothing was done, completely useless service. I ended up paying 150 for less than an hour of service for crooked nails and painted toes... I came late and they rushed through the service. maybe I enjoyed it because it was my first experience in a salon chair but I was way over charged and was seen as an opportunity for money.... beware

I had a pleasant experience at Escape Nail & Spa on Sunday, April 7th. While browsing the mall, a friendly staff member offered a manicure service. We quickly discussed pricing and options, and I was promptly seated with Mimi, my technician.
As this was my first gel manicure, I was a little apprehensive. Thankfully, Mimi was fantastic! She was incredibly patient, kind, and gentle throughout the entire process. I had several questions about the gel application and aftercare, and she answered them all with expertise. It's clear she's very knowledgeable about her work.
Overall, I had a positive experience and would recommend Escape Nail & Spa, especially for first-timers like myself. While there might be a few things to elevate the experience to a perfect 5 stars, Mimi's excellent service definitely made it a worthwhile visit. I look forward to returning and seeing her again for another manicure!

I didn’t have the chance to look at the reviews. I wish I would have gotten their names that worked there. A lady from here had said something from a distance while I was with my family. Insisting I get a pedi. We are like we’ll think about it. The lady then came to us insisting and then when we went inside another store, she came to the window still insisting but in a kind way.. I'm like “you know what sure..I’m due for one”. While I’m getting sat down, I’m getting told to get other services as well. Remind you, they were practically empty. My like okay I will get my toes and nails done. I’m asking for prices, she is speaking so fast and making it seem like I am going to get a good deal. Then she has another lady starting on my nails, while she’s about to start my feet. She started insisting over , and over , and over again for so long about me getting my eyelashes done. I would have to keep repeating myself, “ I’ll think about it” then I’m like “No I’m okay, I don’t want them done”. She spoke so much about “oh you’ll pay me $30 and her $100”. Kept telling the lady who was doing my nails the whole plan, what they’re going to do and how much they’ll get paid. Lease 15 or more times. The time I sat down, and got started I looked at the time. Also, the lady who brought me in, started my feet, wanted me to also get the deluxe extra $35 but will take $5 off. She spent lease max 10minutes on my feet. Like she was in a rush or something. I didnt have my feet massaged, no lotion/oil. Nothing but scrape my feet, cut some skin from toes, put some goo on my legs and washed it off and put warm towels. The lady who was doing my finger nails, she even said to the lady “you’re already done”? And that lady responded “yes”……so, I asked the lady who took forever to put the fake nails on my fingers for the flier with the price and what my deluxe special comes with , she said she would and didn’t. So the lady who did my feet, I asked her and she didn’t even try to let me see it and wouldn’t let go of it when I was trying to look but I managed to see some of the service I did NOT receive. After the lady just glued the nails on my fingers and cut them to my length, she went to my toes to glue on and cut. By this time, it’s been 1 hour and 10 minutes. How? Yes… because she was sooooo slow. Oh by the way another client came in, she let them know they forgot to put the top coat on her toe nails and they were already chipping off/or messed up. While this girl sat down. They lady who was gluing my nails onto my toes &asked if she can take 5 minutes to fix her toes (which I knew wouldn’t of been 5 minutes) and I told her no, not that I wouldn’t want her to do her toes but I’ve been sitting for an hour and 10 so minutes with only glued nails and I didn’t get my deluxe that I am told to pay for… now at this point she’s cutting my toe nails to the length I asked for. Some time passes by the girl who wanted her toes fixed, went to the lady who brought me in there that didn’t really even service me to let her know she wants her toe nails fixed. So the lady decided to go to the one who is servicing me to go fix her toes and said I’ll wait. The lady gets up, drops the utensils she was using on my feet, on the floor and the lady picks them up and sat it between my feet to be used shortly after the girl gets her toes done. So I am now beyond upset. I sat there for another 10 minute’s and got up told the lady who brought me in that I am good, I’ve wasted my time, I have been here now an hour and 30 minutes just with glued on/cut nails and now waiting longer for someone else to get her toes redone. This lady can’t take the word no. She insisted she will cut my other toe nails &that the lady shouldn’t be much longer. No I am good. Then she wanted to cut my finger nails, okay fine I don’t care and then insisted to soak them off. Wouldn’t want me to like leave without & I’m like listen I don’t need them soaked, you’re now going to waste your time too and I’ve been to nail salons for years & this is u

!!!!AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! I went in for a pedi, came out with a botched full set, and my eyebrows "waxed." Wish i would've read the reviews, because they were absolutely right! I don't have ONE nail on my hands that is pretty. They are all lumpy, bumpy and lifting. They are separated from my real nail. This is BY FAR the worse full set I've EVER had. Do your research if you don't want to be disappointed!! I would give them 5 stars for being pushy.

I went in the 1-31-24 the ladies were nice but my service was horrible.I went in for a pedicure the lady doing my feet didn’t do anything but basically put lotion on them and painted them..I will never go back into this nail shop ever again..Service was very poor!! I do not ever recommend them at all

Worst customer service ever! They advertise a full set for 25 and then a fill for 20 but charged us 50-80 for a full set and fill for a simple color!!! Ungrateful that we didn’t leave them a good tip! Be thankful we left some kind of tip! Here’s there tip close your business! Worst service we’ve ever had!!!
