“Dear MasTec, I live in Williston, Florida and recently our Directv went out with a code 775 and I contacted Directv (ATT) to have someone come out to repair it. Directv contracts with MasTec in Ocala,Fl. and so MasTec sent out a service technician to repair the satellite. First I would like to point out that I only know the first name of the service technician that showed up. His name is Michael. (I should have asked him his last name). But the reason I am writing this review is to let you all know that Michael was the most pleasant, professional and knowledgeable service technician that I have come across in a great while. It seems that customer service in most places is non-existant, but MasTec must train their employees well, as I was very impressed. Michael called prior to showing up, showed up on time, was extremely pleasant, explained everything he was doing and showed me what parts failed and why. He quickly troubleshot the problem and figured out why we had no signal and quickly got the satellite working again.”

“Helped me when I needed help the most with my broken PowerBook.I dreaded following up with an Apple store to fix my screen that all of a sudden started displaying black horizontal stripes across the screen.
