“Went yesterday to get my 11 screen replaced because it was cracked and would keep freezing the man said 15 to 20 minutes he would be done went through the food court with my mom and he was done right after he said he wasn’t sure if fixing the screen would stop the freezing but it did very happy with everything ☺️”

I was only on the phone waiting for less than 30 seconds which is impressive considering how busy these locations get. Great customer service!”

“I went to Best Buy today because I couldn't get my Chromebook to change back to light mode. I tried everything I googled online. I went to the library for help. Even though I had to travel from Dunnellon, I wanted the problem solved. When I got to Best Buy a few folks were sitting waiting for the Geek Squad and a couple of people were waiting in line. When I was called; less than 15 minutes BTW, Jose V asked how he could help me. I told him I couldn't get my Chromebook back to light mode, I don't want to see any colors all over the place (earlier.in the day I was typing something, missed a key and everything went dark mode. I have no clue what I did). He said, "I can take care of that right now." He took my Chromebook, pressed a few keys for a few minutes and presto, light mode. Now some of you may think this was so simple. Maybe it was; for Jose V, but not for me. Thanks Jose. I'm so happy. You just don't know.”
