They’re okay. Fair pricing. The neighborhood seems to love and trust them. I went to them a few times for a sound my car was making. they could not figure out the issue and kept charging me for stuff. Another mechanic said not to do anything else because I’m just going to waste my money but I didn’t listen. I wish Eastside would have been more honest and said they weren’t sure what the problem was like the other mechanic did.

My truck broke down right next to Eastside, and they were able to get it running and to their shop within 5 minutes. The customer service was excellent, and they quickly deduced and fixed the problem for a very reasonable price. Eastside also helped me get rid of a vehicle that was taking up space, which I greatly appreciated. Overall, the service and the work they do are top-notch, and I will definitely go to Eastside for as long as I live in Ocala.

I'm on my way to get my car, Amazing I dropped it off yesterday evening, he called me today, very happy with the repairs and the people working there, I'd send my Mother there to get her car fixed, very professional on a personal level, very hard to find nowadays ??

My wife and daughter took our 2006 Lexus ES 330 to a Toyota dealership for an oil change and tire rotation. Then comes a call from my wife stating that the car NEEDS $5578.00 in repairs and services just to make it safe to drive. I asked my wife to let me find someone local. I drove the car up to Eastside and met owner Brian. It took me about 5 minutes to realize that we have ourselves a go-to mechanic and a local business to boot. Left the car for 1.5 days and $2,400 later everything the dealer wanted double was completely repaired. Old school look, agree with a handshake, and my family and I could not be happier with their service and customer skills. I confidently issue at least 5 ????? review for #EastsideAutoRepair. I promise you won’t be disappointed. The office has a Coke cooler and big comfy chairs so don’t expect a food stop. They fix cars and they’re fair and honest. Will have my Lexus RX and my new Tundra serviced here moving forward. Thanks again, Brian!!! You made this a very easy decision.

Absolutely fantastic service. Eastside serviced my van transmission and motor in just one day after I got a 3 week quote somewhere else. And the cost was right on point. Thank you Eastside family. I will be back.

Great service! Very honest! I’ve been sitting in their office for 10 minutes waiting on my car and heard nothing but complaints from customers coming in! This is my second visit here & I will continue to use them for any car problems!

I took my car to get a waterpump replaced, and now it leaks oil. Over 3k invested on this repair since I had to drop the car back 4 times and had to get a rental. I wouldn't recomend.

Started using Eastside about a year ago. I own multiple vehicles and they are able to service them all. They are honest and don't try to sell you unnecessary parts or service. They are thorough in letting you know what the issue is, along with all options you have. I have one vehicle that is still under warranty. The dealership said I was crazy and nothing was wring took it to Eastside and they found the issue. And handled all the communication with my warranty company. I highly recommend
