Disorganized! There are 5 different spots within the store that have phone chargers and only one has iPhone chargers. Not only that but numerous times when the price clearly states there is a sale on an item, there’s “no sale”

I get it, we all goto DG because it's cheaper & you don't have to deal with the nonsense of Wally world. But come on, obviously this manager takes no pride in how there shop looks, I don't think this parking lot has been cleaned in over a year.... So much trash. But hey I guess the manager is only upholding upper management standards, because either the district manager never visits this store or they just don't care. Take some pride in how your place looks DG....

This morning the ladies working in the store were dropping “F” bombs loudly every other breath. If this is the kind of employees they hire, there needs to be new management. People don’t have to use foul language as a regular means of communication. Clean it up or clean it out!

Sweet people, I imagine they're a bit understaffed and overworked here but try and be nice to the best of their ability, I come here every other day and they really know the meaning of customer service.

The shopping cart was broken making it extremely difficult to turn. Aisles were crowded with merchandise to be stocked. An employee was extremely gracious in helping me get an unreachable item from the top of a shelf. The young woman at the register was also friendly and helpful. Dollar General carries mid sized bottles of cranberry juice blends which I prefer over the larger ones carried at other stores.

Ever since the new manager took over, the store has been closed early countless times. There’s been signs on the door that say “System down” and no one was there. I used to work there and it was never an issue. The new crew there is just lazy and doesn't know what they’re doing. I would give zero stars if I could. Don’t waste your time at this store.The photo I put with my review was from the day I quit. I worked a morning shift and when I was done I left my store keys in the office and quit. This was from later that day. My shift had already ended at 2PM that day.

Not sure if they got a new management and new employees but I went in this morning n seen a manager and cashier I've never seen and they were amazing!! Great customer service, great attitudes, just great all around! Very nice change

The new store manager, Lolo, and his people, Lillian and Chrystal should be terminated for how they treated me and my boyfriend. Tried to kick us out for no reason, saying we're disrespecting their employee, but let me say something. I was the assistant manager here and this employee they are talking about is my friend. We would never disrespect her or anyone else. When my boyfriend tried to go in and get his stuff, the store manager refused him without legal authority and proof and when my boyfriend tried to say something, the store manager followed him out the store, cussing and threatening him and called him a hillbilly hick. We have called corporate for weeks because of how the new employees are and nothing has been done about it. These people should not work there if they are gonna continue to treat their customers this way. We have also met plenty of customers who has complained. Another fact, they closed the store early 3 days in a row for no reason. When I worked here, not once has this store closed early. Dollar general needs to hire people who are more professional than these ones. This is our go to store too. My boyfriend has been going here since they opened so every old store manager knows him, everyone around town knows him. These people needs to be terminated and I will make full promises to make that happen without giving up. We will not be disrespected by these people.

Store parking lot, entry and interior is filthy with garbage, dirt and bugs. Extremely under staffed and unpleasant customer service. The store is not open as posted hours of operation.
