The cashier was a sweet pretty young lady, but the store is pitiful. The bathroom was disgusting. The faucet didn’t even have a knob on it. ?Get it together management.

Just got home and was eating some of the food I bought from here and realized it was EXPIRED! Said best by APRIL 2023. Will not be coming back.

I would give a zero if I could. Got dog food and it made my dogs sick so I went to return it and the manager made my GF feel stupid and said "Oh at least I didn't get the wrong dog food" then proceeded to say they didn't know how to do refunds or exchanges. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. We will NEVER go to this location again. Apparently they got a "new" system that supposedly they didn't know how to use. Which is b********* Corporate will be called on Monday and they will hear about this.

The store is a disaster nothing ever put away still sitting on the carts store looks run down and old walked in employees are sitting down and not doing anything I can imagine this is the worst store in the district

Many items were out of stock, cookies and especially in the pharmaceutical isle, like cold, menstrual or ibuprofen, etc

My husband and I stopped at this store and were going to buy something that was clearly marked on the shelf. When the cashier rang it up , it was a completely different price. We said some thing about it , she went to the shelf and clearly saw and agreed that was the price on the shelf. She called someone, who said that was the wrong price. He came up to the shelve, saw the price and basically said they had forgot to remove the sticker and they couldn't sell it at that price. Then rudely asked if we still wanted it. Seriously, I will never go into a family dollar again. They need to train their employees on customer service and customer retention. One thing for a cashier to act that way, it's unbelievable for someone in a management position to be the same.

I don't know what happened to this store. They can't keep a manager. The cashier is drowning. Nothing on the shelves. This NEWEST " Manager" wanted to know what was not on the self that I needed ( I showed him and it was all still in boxes just sitting there) I pointed it out? Literally nothing on the shelf. I and others left with me. We went to Family Dollar ( cross from them) they had everything and still unloading.... Thank you Family dollar!

The service is fine, but their shelves are lacking with merchandise. Boxes sitting in the aisle waiting to be unloaded.

Shelves are still bare! For months now, not sure if it's a problem with thier venders or management. But it's annoying!
