Definately worth a stop if doing remodeling, looking for new appliances, outdoor living space furniture, or most anything you need. Lots of tools and building supplies. Stop often as inventory changes frequently. Outstanding prices on most items. Very clean and well organized store. Friendly and helpful staff.

We went to the DIY store yesterday to get a new bathroom door for my disabled mom's bathroom. My brother walked in with the measurements in hand and asked if someone could help him find the door. He was handed a door and assured that it was the correct size he purchased it and they left. Upon getting home when he took the door in the bathroom it was 2 in too short. Annoying but a simple fix.. today he drove it back to the DIY store which is on the other side of town to exchange it for the proper door. He was told they don't have that size and they couldn't order it from their supplier anymore. As obviously the door didn't fit we returned it. When told there was a $10 restocking fee he asked the gentleman you're going to charge me $10 for picking up a door that you picked out and told me was the right size and returning it to you the very next day. The man replied yes and he did so. I think this is highly disgusting especially after he was handed the exact measurements of the door and still managed to give us a door that didn't fit and I'm guessing because they didn't have the correct door and they wanted to make a sale. Will not be shopping there again. We always try to use local stores but we can shop online just like everyone else. Very bad experience. Poor customer care

I’ve been going here for years. I came today to purchase additional paneling for a project. The first 2 top pieces were incredibly busted/broken. The employee was incredibly rude when I said I did not want the first two. He said if you remove more than the first 2 top pieces the price goes up from 17.99 to 30. I removed another piece that was busted on the bottom and side. He then said ok..30.00 a piece now. I spoke to the gentleman up front who stated I could remove 3 and that it indeed would go up. There is no sign stating this in the store. I understand some imperfections and maybe broken corner but busted in multiple places and given a hard time?? I will definitely rethink where I make my next purchase.

Very dissatisfied with our purchase! We were reassured all the parts were in the box when we purchased a ceiling fan for our new construction. The electrician went to put it together and several parts were missing! We had to order the parts from the company who made the fan and with what we paid for the fan originally and the new parts we could have been money ahead to just buy from Home Depot!

Really don't know how they call themselves an outlet store when most of their stuff is the same if not more than home depot or lowes prices......for instance, plastic junction box they have for $2.99, home depot $1.98.......

I was able to purchase an unfinished vanity for my bathroom there. The price for a solid wood cabinet was very reasonable. Not a huge selection of things, but great prices of what they do have. Rugs, flooring and faucets at good prices. Friendly staff.

Best place I have found for mobile home supplies. The staff is very helpful and friendly. They also sell used furniture items and I found a nice recliner while I was there. Love this place!

Very rude crew. Got to the store at 4:20 on Wednesday (before thanksgiving). I got “reminded” 4 times that they were closing at 5 and couldn’t stay past that. I simply wanted to look at different styles of cabinets. Very poor customer service, absolutely no urgency to sell or educate. Zero chance of me going back, or making a purchase here!
