Shopped at this location on Mother's Day and was completely disgusted to see a black bald male employee wearing a dress. This employee was working in one of the Ladies Departments. Dillard's is another company that has sold out to the WOKE, Diversity, and pro-TRANS agendas. Christians, conservatives, and every consumer who is pro-traditional family values need to speak out and fight against companies and corporations who support the degradation of our society. Hurt them financially as WE did to Target and Bud Light. They have no shame otherwise.

I haven't shopped here in soo long but I ordered something online and wanted to stroll around. Big department stores stress me out because of the amount of things they have. It was nice, kinda quiet. The employees were nice, I got my pickup (which took forever to find) I looked at clearence and found a couple or things that were really good prices. Perfume prices are great, when on sale. Nice and clean, also the officer there makes you feel a tad safer.

Drive an hour to Dillards. 11:30 am to wait til 12:00 pm to open. Cosmetics…..tired but of being ripped off at the Dior or Estée Lauder counter so went to the down scaled cosmetics. Sales agent was nice. Got me to try on a few foundations-about 29 mins later she said they were out of that particular shade. So…..I am done with the entire “high end” cosmetic del. I have poured $1,000’s of dollars into skin care through the years. Chanel-Dior-Lancôme-what and who ever. Done!

I love shopping at Dillards but I have to say my favorite area is free people but when I shop that area the salesperson Mareeko follows me around making me feel very uncomfortable and trying to take the clothes from my arm to start a fitting room.
Also, on another occasion I was ready to check out and the same salesperson was so rude to a customer trying to return her item. When I shop at Dillards I try to avoid her now.

As would have it my daughter flew in for my nephews wedding and somehow forgot her dress and makeup. In a total panic and rushed shopping trip, we had gone to 8 stores desperately searching for a long formal dress for the wedding, my daughter tried on about 15 dresses and we couldn’t find the one ( plus size formals are difficult to find, they shouldn’t be!) finally we headed into Ocala straight to Dillard’s.
These sales ladies that we had the pleasure of meeting were so kind and helpful, she found the dress, tried it on, it looked fabulous on her. It was a bit pricey, however in a time crunch pricey it was..
After finding the dress we went to the makeup counters, a saleswoman from Shiseido helped my daughter match a foundation to her skin, empathetic to her anxiety, gave my daughter a sample that she could wear because the cost was too much after just spending $$$ on a dress. Anywho I highly recommend this business.

This is an exceptionally nice store. It's clean and beautifully laid out! However.....this means very little to me if I can't afford anything in the store! My daughter and I went here searching for a nice Sunday dress for her. She had earned a little spending money and was excited to purchase something nice.....the cheapest dress in there was over $100! This was not a prom dress either....it was a plain pink dress! Needless to say, we left disappointed! I'm not sure what regular person can shop here in today's economy?
