Liars and incompetent. purchased a Minolta with all the bells and whistles 20 days later it went down, and they said they could not figure out how to fix it. promised over and over again to come and repair to no avail. Called leasing company they said nothing they can do. Continued paying on a 14k machine that I can not use. The way intended. worst experience ever. Sales people are very nice and friendly, to get your business, after the sale customer service and everything else sucks, they have no regard for the customer, or the reputation there of.

You service COMMERCIAL units ONLY! Please correct so it doesn't come off deceiving.Called to get a Small Business Canon printer serviced and that's what I discovered through the call.
