The customer service representative, Leyla Glenn, was courteous, knowledgeable. She explained in detail what was going to be done, and asked me to get a seat until I’m called when the car is ready. I was subsequently called and given the key to the car. There was no charge and the car was washed. The service was outstanding, and I would recommend the DeLuca Toyota service department to anyone looking for a reliable car service company.

I know that DeLuca is a Toyota dealership, but I was in the market for a BMW SUV and DeLuca had one that ticked all the boxes. The car was well maintained via the Carfax and was in excellent shape. I sent a message late at night requesting if the vehicle was available, and before 10 am the following day, I received a call and a video email from Tony letting me know the car was available, and he helped me schedule a test drive for my wife and I later that afternoon. We were in constant contact, and since we live one hour away, we were able to set up a time that worked best for us. Although it was a BMW, Tony was knowledgeable of the car and showed us many of its features. The test drive was pleasant, and my wife and I both had the opportunity to drive and compare how we liked the X7.We needed some time to think about the purchase and Tony did not pressure us one bit, even though another family was also interested in the exact vehicle when we left to get lunch.A few hours later, I called Tony back to see if the X7 was still there. I said we were thinking about heading home. That's when he told me to come in and we can make this work. Once again, he was ready and prepared to take care of us. My wife and I were very impressed with his professionalism and understanding. DeLuca is a top-notch dealership, they gave us a great value for our trade-in, and we are very thankful that Tony was there to take care of us.On the drive home, I told my wife it was meant to be.Now the M3 has a new partner (aka Beasty).

Had been working with Monica Garcia on a specific model we were interested in. She kept us aware as their inventory was updated, and worked with us based on our needs. What was important also was that she stepped-in when I was having an issue with their service department on another vehicle we owned, got the attention of the service rep, and stepped-in to assist where she did not have to. This was the customer service I was hoping for. Would recommend you ask for her when you go to the dealer.Her manager was also helpful when we made the purchase.

The service is exceptional. Took my vehicle for servicing and was immediately greeted. Was told it would take approximately 1hr to service. Based on previous experience at other dealers, I didn't believe them and prepared myself to wait there for about 2 to 3 hours. My vehicle was ready in exactly 1hr. This was the simplest and quickest car service I've ever received. 100% recommended.

I’ve never bought a car over the phone before. The folks at DeLuca Toyota made the experience simple and even pleasant. From the initial negotiations with Tony Tran and Jerry through the closing with Staci, everyone worked to make me feel comfortable. Tony kept me aware of every step. When my schedule changed, he worked out the kinks to ensure easy delivery. Staci went out of her way to insure I got the special license plates with the appropriate fees. I highly recommend DeLuca Toyota to anyone in the market for a car.

I had an incredible experience at Deluca Toyota. Ive been to atleast 5 other dealerships and Grant Wills of Deluca was by far the best salesperson/rep i have worked with, i would highly recommend asking for him. He was very knowledgeable and awesome to work with, PLUS he got me a great deal on my new Camry and i couldnt be happier! Grant made the buying experience 110% worth the 4-5 hour drive

I came in to look for a car and there was one outside I liked. I asked a sales person named Noah to help me.He said he was off the clock and would get someone to help. Well Noah clocked back in and helped me himself. He was a great guy. We made the deal within 5 minutes. He has such a great personality and is very helpful and kind hearted. I happen to be his very 1st sale. After that we keep in touch. He checks in with me to say hello and find out how I'm doing with my new ride. Since than he has sold more cars.I was so happy to be his first sale.I will recommend him to everyone looking for a car. He made me feel like I made a friendship along with purchasing a car. Bought a used Toyota yesterday from Eric Cortez at Deluca Toyota. This young man listened with his ears but also his eyes. He was very attentive and communicated very well , also was very accommodating. If I’m ever in the market for a new vehicle I would certainly give Eric a call!??

I visited DeLuca Toyota with a friend to get help with her GPS system on her Hylander. She loves the car but was having trouble with some of the functions. Grant Wills at DeLuca Toyota greatly exceeded any expectations we had before arriving at the dealership. Mr. Wills went above and beyond to explain and demonstrate how the system works and how to program directions and adjust the volume along the way. He was very personable, polite, and professional. We highly recommend Grant Wills and his skills. He is a valuable asset to the DeLuca Toyota dealership.

My salesman Tony Tran, gets five stars. He was great, to the point and listened to my wants. Could not have asked for a better salesman. DeLuca on the other hand would get three stars. This was a very long process where they kept trying to sell me more and more. After some negotiation we settled on Toyota financing for a certain interest rate, when it came to signing that interest rate had jumped up. After stating I would not sign I did get some attitude. However, we finished out this deal and I love my new car. I will give credit where credit is due. I took my time during this purchasing process and DeLuca had the best pricing around.

This is my first time here for service. Brought in my 2021 Camry. Got here a little after 07:30. I was told by service advisor Heather I would be waiting here for approximately 1 hour for an oil change. It’s been almost 2 hours at this point. There goes my schedule for today. ?

We just purchased a new 4Runner from Carrie H at Deluca Toyota last night and am extremely pleased with my purchase and with Carrie. Do yourself a favor and ask for her when you get there, she will do her best to make you happy, whatever it takes. Even after the sale, she's there for you. We are very happy with the deal we made through her and with Steve, one of the managers. We went from a 2007 Sport with 236k miles to a 2023 TRD Off Road Premium with 9 miles. Hope to have the new one for the next 16 years or more. You can't go wrong with Toyota quality. Love the new 4runner. Thanks Carrie!! ?

Great experience! My salesman Tony Tran went above and beyond. I purchased a vehicle from out of state and flew to the area. Tony was nice enough to make a 3 hour round trip to pick me up and bring me to the dealership. I’ve purchased a few vehicles from dealerships in my day, and this was the best experience I’ve had so far.
