I left CVS as a customer many years ago for Walgreens. I decided to try them again recently to by regret. Leah the manager on duty on 12/28/23 was one of the rudest and unprofessional person I've had to deal with. I would strongly suggest patronizing their competitor Walgreens. Atleast Walgreens knows how to treat their customers. The people who essentially provide them their paychecks. I sincerely hope Walgreens will continue to build stores near every location a CVS is. If you don't know how to treat customers you shouldn't have a job especially in a management capacity.

I haven’t had to pick up a prescription in years; upon walking up to the counter, the older gentleman pharmacist was immediately short and rude about asking for my name and date of birth.I already had an issue with my doctor sending me to the wrong CVS, he then told me he didn’t have it ready yet ( when I showed up an hour after having left the doctors) and that it’d be another 45 minutes and then immediately disregarded me to speak to the next person in line. Sitting here waiting, I listened to this man continue to be rude with each guest he had. Never will come to this CVS again and I hope that these employees can be addressed about how they handle their customers and maintaining a better attitude and more helpful demeanor.

The pharmacist today was extremely rude, and confrontational. Lecturing me on how I should have called, how I must not be signed up for texts or using the online panel because it would have shown there was an issue with my insurance. Smug, rude, and condescending. Honestly, being in healthcare myself, and having previously work in pharmacological retail, this gentleman should be fired. Disgusting way to treat clients.

I called the pharmacy and talk to a gentleman to see if my prescriptions are there, he said yes they will be ready in a hour.I get there and they only had one ready, so I asked about the other three. He said he only filled the antibiotic “BECAUSE ITS THE MOST IMPORTANT” and I can pick the other up tomorrow.WHY WOULD I DRIVE TO PICK UP ONE SCRIPT. I then asked if the inhaler was not important for my daughter who just got out of the hospital for breathing issues.What in the world.

I just have to say how disappointed I am in Store #5231 Ocala, Florida.I was released from the hospital yesterday (Wednesday) and had an appointment with pain management the next day. The hospital MRI showed a mass the size of a golf ball in my sacrum. The pain I was in was excruciating. I had been given Percocet and morphine. The hospital anticipated transferring me to Gainesville for surgery, but thought the time to transfer would be long. My husband thought he could care for me.When on pain management in Florida, out of the hospital setting you cannot be prescribed pain medication. So we saw my pain management Dr and she prescribed the pain medication needed and wrote a memo stating the reason for the medication.We went straight to the CVS. It was 6:00 pm and the pharmacist said he wouldn’t have my medication until tomorrow (Friday). I asked really. He said maybe but not likely. That there was only the 2 of them and they aren’t filling anymore prescriptions because there is only 2 of them and the girl is working the window.Under any other circumstance, I’d be understanding. But not this. Not at all.

Nice in person, once they acknowledge you. The one lady with the colorful hair and long nails, I love her! They are awful on the phone. Was on hold for 7 minutes and got hung up on!

The Pharmacist Jason needs to be removed from his position immediately. He is the rudest, most unprofessional person I have ever had to come in contact with. He was yelling at a customer using profanity and complaining about the amount of work he has to and told me to come back there and do his job. Honestly I work with the public and deal with people all day long and would never think to speak to someone the way he did. A woman needing her medication which was supposed to be ready for her to pick up before she left to go out of the country spoke ever so softly asking what she could do to get her prescription and he came out from behind the counter and yelled at her, told her to go someplace else to get her prescription filled, and was as rude as could be. This woman was sweet and kind, did not deserve to be yelled at like that, then when I said that isn't necessary he yelled at me. He swore at everyone telling us to shut up and not to talk. I do not think anyone should be speaking to a customer in that manner. I do not care how stressful your job is, walk a way and take a break, that is completely unacceptable. I have never been so upset and felt so bad for this poor woman. I do not care this was completely unacceptable behavior and this is why the other customer service people treat customers the way they do because he shows it is okay to speak to a customer in this manner. Unbelievable, he needs to be drug tested and removed from his position immediately. Not only does he yell at the customer in the store at the counter he yells at the people on the phone and exposes all their information due to how loud he is, this is wrong and something needs to be done. If you don't need to go here for a prescription I would advise you use different pharmacy!!! Something needs to be done with this man ASAP!!!! And to top it off they will not fill prescriptions early even though the Governor has passed a rule to do so.

Been going for years but gotten so much worse , slow and Horrible customer service Kia and that who team , rude no help Kia and the white lady that’s always there in drive through . Management and cooperation need to review all employees and how they are running this Cvs facility!! I wouldn’t even do one star tbh.

Called at 11:13 for an inhaler refill. I was told it be ready before 3pm. Showed up after 3:30pm and I still had to wait for them to put an inhaler in bag and label it. This place is slow and the people have no urgency at all. Always an issue here.

The pharmacy besides JUST the PHARMICIST I have to reach out to anyone should stay away and fill your prescriptions right. Short and brief he has no bedside manner, he told me I read the script wrong for a continued blood thinner that cost 600.00 and HE was wrong, I DID read it right, he gave me 1/2 my husband's prescription for bilateral embolism in his lungs. I wanted over an hour and at close I was last after several. Ok I get that but I just got done thanking him rushed home to my husband and got half his blood thinners (2 orders), and no pain meds, so now my husband is in severe pain and the hospitality has not returned my call. 2 pulmonary embolism have cleared him home today but tonight, thanks to that Pharmacist my husband is suffering and I am now currently getting the run around at 10:00 pm from the hospitality to call and so far still waiting. My husband's pain a 7/8 scale. And to think I wasted my breath to extend my appreciation for him filling it, when iI yelled, "Thanks Mr Pharmacist for filling this." He didn't look up or anything. The girls were sweet they at least acknowledged me for Him. That manjust added to all my chaios I had to endure throughout this. All because my husband said he wants to fix his small umbilical hernia at ORMC ×5 days ago, sent him home, no anticoagulans. Severe pain yesterday ended us back at the hospital with a Pulm Emboli bilateral lungs. Picked him up with strict instructions to continue anticoags strictly. Got there around 6:15 pm and I was the very last customer before their Early 8:00 pm close. Now I have half meds, tey owe me the rest now free of charge for his error. If your the manager reading this....Seriously.... this is the best you could find? Keep your techs. Their the only ones that kept me from having a complete melt down. That and the fact I live 3 mins down the road. Turned right back around to find its locked up tight and everyone gone. CVS by Sonic on Maricamp will be my new pickup. He is stressed under work pressures too, if I could give him an excuse, but at least the Parmacist there smiles and appreciates a thanks. Oh and God bless the lady who offered her husband's left over anticoags (Nydia) as I sat waiting holding back tears from so many attacks all day long through so much stress already. He just topped it off. Maybe this will draw out a littlle response. Thanks CVS on MIDWAY RD AND MARICAMP my husbans suffering until I find a 24 hr across town now. Great job!

Walmart had my sick child's prescription for two days before they told me they were not filling it and they transferred it to the closet CVS to my location. I received a text within 2 hours stating I could come pick up my child's medicine. Thank you for the speedy response ?

I wish I could give them zero stars. Worst customer service I have ever encountered. They are rude when they answer the phone and rude when you are in person. They have to be the slowest people I have ever seen filling prescriptions. They have zero urgency. I don’t care if you are short staffed. The least you could do is be kind to the people you work with. Absolute disgrace.

Have been sitting in line for 10 minutes and the person infront of me took forever and I was told to be here at 5 today and they decline me services!My daughters medicine has been sent here 5 days ago and EVERYDAY ITS IT WILL BE TOMORROW!!! This place is the worst with communication and staff!They never have anything ready for the customers on time

Why do you keep patient in the automated system for what is now 24 minutes...... I've yet to speak to a real person but have heard repeatedly that I can get my flu and 14 othee vavcines that can protect me and my family from COVID, shingles, etc...... but you can't get a person to answer the phone..... let's focus there 25 minutes and 53 seconds...... still waiting
