As a preferred CVS customer, this CVS pharmacy is without a doubt the worst I have ever ordered through. I can't get into specifics, but they are very rude, condescending and one of pharmacists even tries to act as a doctor, but will not reach out to the doctor. I am not sure thats even legal, but it is very strange. It's all very strange. I have had multiple doctors and nurses shake their collective heads at the antics the pharmacists gets up to at this location. I complained to Corporate, they apologized, lodged complaints, but to my knowledge ultimately did nothing.

Nasty... This place is so dirty the management is rude there's only one person in the pharmacy that is awesome in her job Beba. And it's a shame I even have to go in there for anything but the insurance card only allows CVS

Was having a asthma attack, my husband went here to get a Primatene mist inhaler to get me through till morning, 9:30 at night, he made it in time, clerk asked if he wanted 1or 2 thanked her, he got home quickly handed it to me, and one of the employees took the inhaler out and replaced it with a lighter and the cap of the inhaler and even superglued the box shut to make it look like it wasn’t done, no inhaler, we were devastated and had to go to the er, at this point I was dizzy and having the worst time breathing almost passed out at one point before breathing ice, he went up at 9am today and the store manager said it came from the factory like that, it did not, they regulate those boxes to go into a drug store and has to pass FDA/DEA regulations. I hope yall know that’s premeditated murder, especially when medication is involved, it was one of your employees because it was behind the counter. 7563 SE Maricamp, Ocala Florida 34472

This pharmacy seems to be quite busy any day or night of the week...My prescriptions are usually ready and not to long of a wait in drive thru.

I do not recommend getting anything from this location. The lady at the pharmacy drive through window was incredibly rude and does not do her job well. I came to get 2 prescriptions for my daughter she gave me one . I asked for the other and she sighed as if it was an inconvenience when she should’ve seen both in the first place. Then after already waiting 15 mins for the first prescription she says it’ll be another 40 minute wait for amoxicillin ( I’ve never had amoxicillin take so long they literally have always just mixed it up and give. It to me ) even after I got a call saying the prescriptions were ready. I would never get anything from this cvs ever. Between the rude service and the wait time.

This cvs location is horrible. I am disabled and I am constantly troubled to go inside as the drive thru lane is always DOWN! Handmade sign posted in the drive thru window. For over a week? I don’t think so! Ridiculous. Staff up or close down! Period. It’s hard enough getting into my car to get to cvs but to get out and walk all the way to the back? I’m in pain after this journey. To make matters worse the staff makes it seem like they are doing you a favor in the pharmacy. I received 10 alerts via Text that my prescriptions were ready. I still had to wait for 1 of my 3 prescriptions when I arrived. This store needs to be secret shopped. Upper management needs to see what is going on. The place needs a complete staff overhaul. I vow I will never ever go back to this cvs. From now on it’s express scripts or I drive to a cvs further away. I would rather drive further than deal with this horrible store.

Called today 20 mins before they closed. Held on phone for 5 mins and lady picked up and when I said my sons name and date of birth, she said oh can you wait a min. She put me hold again and then they closed the pharmacy and left me holding on phone for 25 mins. Just so she can get out and not work anymore. Unbelievably lazy with NO work ethic or customer service. Don't care at all! Not nice to do to your customers. There was zero reason to put me on hold either. She just picked it up and took the call and I know they close at 8pm so I had a feeling she did it and call the front and found out they closed and left me on phone! Terrible customer service! Front desk lady was super nice and understanding but how ridiculous to do that to customers. I hardly ever file complaint with Corp but this did it for me. Not acceptable! Do better!

Yet again another horrible experience here. The staff is always rude and cant be bothered. After already waiting 20+ minutes in line at the pharmacy they slap this sign up and shut down. Refused to speak with me. They left my self and many more customers upset and waiting. This is not the first time this has happen. I will be chaning pharmacies, this is absolutely the worst pharmacy ive ever been to.
