Had an issue with a prescription. Worked with the pharmacy who discovered an error when dispensing. They corrected the issue. Thanks CVS for investing the photographic recordkeeping that allowed this to be resolved quite easily. Always excellent service.

I'm sharing this today my family member is legally blind. Today she went to CVS to pick up her medication and some other thing's . She got dropped off by a medical ride, that escorted her into CVS, from there she proceeded to go to the pharmacy to pick up her medication, Pharmacy stated it was a 15-minute wait, went to the front counter to ask for assistance, so she could get a drink and snack while she wait on the medication and her transportation to return. Well I guess from that point either the store manager was racist, or just had something against a person with disability, my family member was truly discriminated against by the store manager. Manager was very rude, told her to leave her store, told Pharmacy not to fill the prescription, My family member asked Pharmacy to call law enforcement for her at this point she was being discriminated against for absolutely no reason and denied her hypertension medication,she had witness to verify there was no type of altercation from her all she did was simply asked for assistance. I'm not sure what the store manager name is, but I will be taking this further, the chapter 413 if someone is legally blind approaches an associate ask for assistant, it is that associates duty to accommodate that customer, that was very unprofessional for an leader to set that type of example. totally discrimination No customer of any type of disability should javen to experience this. this is so unacceptable!

I just went to this pharmacy, and the woman (blond with short hair) at the pharmacy was very rude and didn’t want to help me. She yelled at me and told me she couldn’t fill my prescription. There’s a guy in the pharmacy who is always nice, but the others are so rude. Every time I went to this pharmacy there was always a problem. The front old lady is always so mean, in a bad mood, and so disrespectful. She doesn’t even let you finish talking when she interrupts you. So uneducated and mean. I will never go back to this pharmacy. They should fire all those mean and disrespectful people and get nice ones. Unbelievable!

Horrible customer service. Manager is useless. Watched Sharon be rude to multiple people in my 10 min into the store. If i could give her and the manager less than one star i would. Do not recommend passport pictures at this location unless you want blurry and unusable photos. The manager took my photo and could not correct HER error because God forbid we be a kind decent human being. I asked her for digital and she rung me up for digital and print when i didn’t need both. $60 down the drain due to incompetence.

Worst CVS. Medication is never ready. You would always have to come here and then they fill you medications when you arrive. The pharmacist always has a problem filling medication. The corporate office needs to hire people who actually want to do there job and not complain about it.

WAKE UP CORPORATE!!! These people have no help. They can’t possibly answer the phone volume, deal with the public and fill scripts with the minimal staff you have here. Today they have no AC in the pharmacy. Your restrooms have been out of commission to the public for months!! Until recently, the outside of the building was a cesspool of strewn garbage and insects stuck to the drive thru walls. There are discarded tires and garbage everywhere behind the building. Get them the help they need or close it down and move your oh-so-unappreciated staff down the road to another CVS. Upper management should be ashamed to leave these poor people to work in these conditions.

i have never been more disappointed by the staff i had no privacy printing my photos as an old lady kept breathing down my neck telling me she wants to go home and rushing me out 0 stars if i could will never come back
