Had received several notifications that a prescription was ready for pickup. It's sunday afternoon and car remote batteries died so thought to accomplished two birds with one stone. Not a your store. Had the batteries we needed but we arrived at 1:25 but did not make it back to the pharmacy until 1:31. It was closed for a 30 minute lunch break. I understand the need for lunch breaks but in my humble opinion, at least one employee should be available to address pharmacy issues AT ALL TIMES. Especially simple pickups. Will be searching for other pharmacy or moving prescriptions to CVS/Caremark!

Justin there five minutes ago trying to get a blood pressure monitor for my pregnant wife with just gestational diabetes with also PCOS also with one fallopian tube who is carrying my child currently with all these medical conditions and all I asked was why our express care plus card wasn’t working with the discount and the guy literally just threw me out of the store I don’t know who he is. He’s a security guy or what is my wife and I just suffered from a stillborn a year ago and I was trying to do was trying to save a little bit of money on my blood pressure monitor unacceptable. Very unacceptable

The place is not clean, especially the counter at pharmacy, it was sticky and dirty. The employee answers my question while chewing gun. I ask two questions and her answers was "nah" so I ask what is that supposed to mean, she says "no"
No to what questions? I ask, because I ask two questions.
She couldn't give me information on why daughter prescription was on hold and if they will let me know when can I come to pick it up.
If you can't answer simply questions than no need to be working where you have to assist a customer.
They need to give training to their employees on customer service. Very rude staff.

Not only i was forced to use the stupid self check out the employee was watching me thinking I was going to steal if you are paying people they should be behind the register instead of doing nothing ... exactly why I don't use your pharmacy

With the exception of one manager this is the worse CVS I’ve ever shopped at. Save yourself the headache and use Pine Avenue location instead. Horrible customer service!

Hateful people with spiteful attitudes. Simply asking questions and getting nothing but sass. Then stating that insurance is terminated when literally getting off the phone with insurance who called the pharmacy just before going in. Upon arrival meds that were "ready were cancelled and shelved until we pressed the pharmacist for info about a particular one and they were just not filled as stated. Stay away.

Pharmacy personnel are very pleasant, courteous and quick.
Marian at front check always greets, helpful and very nice

I have had mistakes made with my prescriptions both times I’ve filled them. The pharmacist, Joey, was atrocious, and kept stating things like, “I don’t understand what the fire is.” I asked him to stop interrupting me because he kept arguing with me and finally he told me I was being ‘smart’. Needless to say I am switching pharmacies. Mistakes happen, but hateful attitudes are a choice.

This pharmacy is by far the worst in Ocala. The pharmacy techs are rude and honestly care less about people. It’s a shame the company doesn’t care because there are countless reviews on here about the same thing. You would think they would care about keeping customers. After today’s experience, Publix pharmacy will get my business from this point on. Never again will I be talked to like I am nothing. The older lady that worked this morning inside the store pharmacy counter is rude to everyone. It’s uncalled for really no one deserves to be spoken to disrespectful when we are just trying to get your medication. Never again will I go to CVS for my medicine.
