Hateful people with spiteful attitudes. Simply asking questions and getting nothing but sass. Then stating that insurance is terminated when literally getting off the phone with insurance who called the pharmacy just before going in. Upon arrival meds that were "ready were cancelled and shelved until we pressed the pharmacist for info about a particular one and they were just not filled as stated. Stay away.

Marian at front check always greets, helpful and very nice

I have had mistakes made with my prescriptions both times I’ve filled them. The pharmacist, Joey, was atrocious, and kept stating things like, “I don’t understand what the fire is.” I asked him to stop interrupting me because he kept arguing with me and finally he told me I was being ‘smart’. Needless to say I am switching pharmacies. Mistakes happen, but hateful attitudes are a choice.

My visit at this location reconfirms my decision to remain a loyal Walgreens customer. The CVS pharmacy at this location is one of the worst ones I've ever experienced in my Ocala, FL .From long lines in store and the drive thru to pharmacy employees lack of professionalism to the inability to perform their job duties in a efficient manner is just atrocious. The pharmacy employees' are sorely lacking in customer service skills and not to mention their disregard for doctors who have to constantly advocate for their patients in attempting to have their prescriptions fill. The pharmacy staff clearly doesn't care one iota about their jobs and the people they serve.I strongly advise anyone to stay clear of this location at all cost! One last thing...Don't even waste your time contacting CVS Corporate to file a complaint via phone because it's evident they aren't the least bit concerned with resolving issues in their stores. It's just all lip service at best. Do yourself a favor and take your business to Walgreens where they know how to treat their customers.

This pharmacist has given me nothing but problems about filling my medicine. I don't think you have the authority to even get away with it, but I'll never use this pharmacy again best believe that.
