Just don't go here for anything. Most employees very dishonest. Scanning receipts for points might get away with some of the older population that visit here. But as for younger people, we know darn well you've been scamming. Stop.

I stood at the vaccine counter for half an hour, and no one came to help me. So, I had to use my phone to book the vaccine appointment myself. I scheduled it for 6 PM. When I arrived at CVS at 5:45 PM, I received a text message informing me that my appointment was canceled. If any one of them could have answered me, I wouldn’t give one star. This is really terrible!

The Pharmacy is always slow… cars lined around the building and inside as well. When I finally got help I asked why I had to pay for my antibiotics they couldn’t figure it out… they took a whole hour just to tell me they don’t accept my insurance IT TOOK THEM AN HOUR TO FIGURE THAT OUT ! Then they offered to send to Walgreens across the street and when I got there a few hours later they said they never received anything. Kayla and the other guy seemed clueless on their job.

When the graduated pharmacy had a prescription and claim that the hospital address on the prescription its the home address and claim you dont have insurance even when you had share the insurance name and being on this place before i just ask my prescription back go to the Walgreens cross the street and everything done no problem thanks for nothing CVS (just to be clear dont want to be racist but this happens with the Asian lady on Jul/28/24 this was my main pharmacy until today hope you change personal and put more competent workers)

I got a 40% percent off coupon today and actually found something I could use it on haven’t received one in quite some time . You know you’re not allowed to use the coupon with any other sales. CVS has to put many items on sale because there so overpriced to begin with.

They shut down the pharmacy for "lunch". Too bad its the only time I have to pick up my meds. Thanks for not having your patient's needs in mind. I'll be changing pharmacies.

Poor service, rude, and lazy workers at this cvs near me on 60th ave.
You would be better off going to the one on 27th ave. and college rd. They are much better.
I now switch to Walgreens because of that cvs
