The pharmacy drive thru is closed in you can't leave the line once in it. So plan on being there once you pull around.

Store was clean, well lit, and well-stocked. Store associates were friendly, polite, and helpful.

This pharmacy seems to have so many problems many listed here already. My biggest complaint is no one, not one person from staff to corporate has any interest in improving their customer's experience when things go sideways. There is no one you can make a complaint to where it gets carried any further and gets resolved. Yesterday I spent 30 minutes on the phone relaying a recent and ongoing problem with Customer Support. During the conversation I hear a baby crying in the background and the person on the phone is clearly distracted. At the end of the conversation I make a request that someone from CVS corporate calls me to discuss my ongoing issues. While the agent was patient and polite she informs me that she will include my request to be contacted, but adds "I doubt anyone will call you back". That says it all, doesn't it?My husband is a kidney transplant recipient and is on two immunosuppressant medications covered under Part B Medicare. He has been getting them filled at this location for 10 months. Every time his prescriptions are renewed there are delays in processing because CVS tells me that the physician did not include a Diagnosis Code. I have spoken with the physician's office, the MA and the physician himself twice about this claim. Even when the office (that I just spoke with) sends another electronic prescription, CVS pharmacists insist he did not include the necessary information. This legit happens every 3 months when they're renewed. The physician is a nephrologist (kidney specialist) who in his own words prescribes these medications for numerous patients. He has shared with me that he is fully aware of the requirements in prescribing these medications under Part B Medicare and always includes a diagnosis code. So where does the customer go from there? Each pharmacist that I've been allowed to speak with has been impolite or downright rude, unwilling to listen to your complaint, speaking over you and argumentative. My latest experience was just yesterday with a pharmacist named Jill Bennett. I received an automated text that one of the meds was ready for pickup, but that the physician was being notified for "an alternative" for the 2nd med. ?!?? Upon arrival at the pharmacy I am asked if I'm aware that the medication that is ready will cost hundreds of dollars because it's not covered under insurance. Come to find out it's the elusive Diagnosis Code issue AGAIN! For whatever reason this pharmacist decided she wouldn't contact the physician, would fill the prescription, notify me it's ready and then charge me hundreds of dollars. Could she have maybe looked at my husband's info in their computers and questioned her decision? Sure she could have, but that would require some critical thinking skills, some concern for the customer and a few minutes of effort on her part. While speaking with her on the phone she was impatient and unwilling to listen, telling me how busy she was and eventually hanging up on me. I called the physician's office, requested the medications be sent again and Lo and Behold they were deemed to be "acceptable"! When I returned that evening to pick up the medications Jill Bennett passed by. I asked her that in the future she not hang up on me in the middle of a conversation with her. She looked perplexed, rolled her eyes and denied that happening saying she had no recollection of talking to me just 3 hours earlier. II was also told she hung up on the MA from the office who called to clarify the issue. I've experienced varying levels of impatience and rudeness from several pharmacists at this CVS, but Jill Bennett gets 5 ***** for being the worst. If this is the best CVS can do in providing good service while being respectful to their customers they should not be in business. Meanwhile, we're stuck putting up with this horrible service because CVS is the only local pharmacy who will bill to Medicare Part B. CVS you should be ashamed!

If I could give this pharmacy staff a -100 starts I would. Something need to be done and by the other reviews I’m clearly not the only one who feels this way. My husband goes to pick up my RX they toldHim home back in a few hours so , 3 hours goes past I call to make sure it’s ready the women I spoke to literally gave me so much disrespect and told me they have nothing ready for me - then goes oh wait ur not insurance network so we put it on hold ?! Ok it’s and $8 prescription? Why hold it … anyways so she puts it through gives me no time hands up on me while I’m asking says she wont argue?. I go there 2 hours later wait in a 25 minute line to be told it will another 3 hours ? Literally the entire staff is all over the place I have never seen a pharmacy so over piled up there’s no organization literally a mess everywhere!! No professionalism!! I can’t believe the service I received was so incredibly bad this entire pharmacy needs a review and restaff!!! They are completely closed for lunch but everyone was literally having a pizza party in the middle of the work day ?! Messing around while so many customers wait for there medicine I’m so so concerned with how this pharmacy is being run. Go else where.

Had to come back three times because they kept losing my mother’s prescriptions. Disorganized and understaffed. Waiting in line takes 30 minutes every visit. Now I have to wait another 20 minutes on top of that because only one of her medications was filled and they don’t have enough people in the back. Go someplace else if you need medication that’s time-critical.

Dumbest thing to close a pharmacy at 5pm on the weekend when so many people need their medication then too. Just dumb.

Leaving CVS for Walgreens.... Intolerable wait times on phone calls. You never speak to a real person when calling. Automated system can't fix many problems....

So it seems CVS is committing pharmaceutical fraud by refilling prescriptions before their refill date. My girl has had 3 scrips filled and she's not even done with the first ones, and they are filling scripts you don't even call in for. So we are definitely using someone else from now on.

I'm not sure why this CVS store has such bad reviews. I've had a great experience each time I've been here. The associates are always very pleasant and welcoming when I come in, and the pharmacy has been quick and efficient. I haven't had any issues when I've had to call in and check on a prescription. I'll keep coming back to this CVS!

Do not use the Pharmacy!!!! The retail side is like any other CVS in America and I have no complaints however the Pharmacy is terrible. My doctor sent at prescription for badly needed pain medication at 900 am they are saying it won't be ready until after 5. Glad I am not dying. I will never use this Pharmacy again and am telling all of my health care providers of the issues and suggest they do not either. I would highly recommend publix Pharmacy at Canopy Oaks.

Worst pharmacy that i have experienced and i have lived in 6 states. No customer service. Very little stock every prescription has to be ordered. It takes 1 to 10 days to get a prescription filled if at all.
