  My wife was helped in store by an employee who showed her how to use her OTC card in the in store Kiosk for the first time and he was very professional and patient with her. It really made it so much easier for her.

  The best pharmacy and convenience store in SW Ocala. Great promotions, coupons and discounts, huge selection and variety. Well staffed with patient and caring employees, friendly staff! Combining for discounts and earned “extra bucks “ I saved $30 on $80 purchases. This is a value for seniors!!

  the new pharmacist john that has caused havoc that they have working there is absolutely horrible the way that he treats the customers I used to get all my medications filled here for 8 years never had any issues until now look at my profile and have someone contact me I try that last night and in the last 4 months since April is when it all started he always want verification on every single prescription every single month from the same exact doctor plus one time when I pick up my medication I was five pills short when I went back in and told them this they told me it was my problem and not their problem and that I took them out on top of it it made the situation even worse for me because I had to switch pharmacy because I was not going to drive to the other CVS at best buy 20 min drive why when this was always my pharmacy that they wanted me to go to to be able to get my prescriptions filled by the one by Best buy up the road John I believe is his name well just so you know John you've made my life pretty hard add false execution of my medication now I have moved all of my medication over to a much better pharmacy now I hope all these big chains go out of business and small family companies come back into the picture because the way that I was treated with all of my medications since April by this pharmacist absolutely unprofessional unethical and on top of that looking at my patient profile and calling up my doctor's office my methadone clinic all over some medication is CVS was smart they would be reprimanding him and terminating his position and taking away his pharmacist license because no pharmacist ever has acted like this to me and my whole entire life of 44 years getting medication from this cvs and for me contacting corporate yesterday and got absolutely nowhere with that so you tell me what now because I believe this needs to be brought up so high up the chain that cvs owns knows what is happening

  I walked up to the cash register to add funds to my prepaid card and the lady at the register tried several times to load it for me but it kept giving an error message. She made a refund because apparently it charged their system so as I was signing the paper for the auto refund The store manager, whose name I called after I left to get, was Scott, and he was extremely rude to the lady at the register...I think her name was Eileen or something close to that. Scott asked her what she was doing and she explained that she had to do a refund because it was giving an error message and it already charged their system. He said extremely rudely to her in the absolute worst tone possible “you can’t do that!! aren’t you paying attention???” amongst some other words that were extremely rude and inappropriate. So after he left I apologized to her, I said “I am so sorry that I got you in trouble and Got you yelled at” she then said “ that’s OK it’s an every day occurrence with him”. So if this man is publicly criticizing her and disrespecting her in front of other customers, which he obviously is because he just did it in front of me then I’m sure there are other people that he has done it in front of, then I would like to see him reprimanded or have someone else come in and replace him so these employees don’t have to walk on eggshells at work with someone who is so rude because if he’s being that nasty to them in Front of customers I can only imagine how rude he is to them when they’re alone. Absolutely unacceptable and it made me extremely uncomfortable
  
  I still think about this to this day 5 years later and I hope that man doesn’t work there anymore.

  Never got a call back within the hour (2 different days) from the Pharmacy. Prices in the store I was in have gotten absurdly expensive and not worth shopping there, even with the coupons.

  Your pharmacy people are very rude. I called to ask a simple question and got a real smart alec remark back from the lady. This is not the first time this has happened. If you don't like your job quit

  Update website. It says closes at 10pm but when I went to pick up my meds the lady said pharmacy closes at 6pm.

  Alexis at CVS is always smiling and asking if we need help. She is wonderful and so willing to give additional help. All the employees in this store have been helpful and it is a pleasure to shop here. This is the CVS store across from Dollar General off of SR200 in Ocala, FL.
