Used this CVS pharmacy for the past four years. Couldn't believe how slow these people are since I always used Rite Aide and used to their prompt service. The past two years have been really a bad experience since I've had to wait longer on scripts, had young folks in the pharmacy speak rudely to me over the telephone by speaking over me while trying to explain something. The pharmacist himself tried to cover for the young lady by stating that she has to speak to hundreds of people per day. Doubtful numbers. No excuse to be rude. Spoke to one male a day later who accused me of being on speaker phone and rudely told me to take my phone off speaker. I explained I wasn't on speaker and he became belligerent and all but called me a liar and hung up on me. Called back and spoke to another male and explained I use my phone through hearing aids. I was waiting two days for an antibiotic when they finally told me they were out. I asked if another CVS had it a promptly gave me the CVS that had it in stock could've told me that before. Rude lazy people, bad service. I moved to another drug store altogether. Not CVS. najbeg-Kymxe5-qixpyb

The Pharmacist was very helpful when I ran out of my meds. I take pain management medication. Most pharmacies do not like to keep extras on hand but it does decrease theft. I was in a bad way and was getting sicker by the minute. She didn't have the medication on hand and it would be too late to order it in time. She went out of her way to contact another cvs further away and they had it. She then called my Doctor to explain a way to move forward quickly. She was able to have my doctor send my medication which is a triplicate form controlled to the other pharmacy. It was really incredible. I would have had to go to the emergency room. She coordinated all of that on top of her regular job. Anyone who has worked with the public in a sales environment knows how nasty people can be to workers. That's the customer people avoid. If just one person a day thanked the people that serve them big and small it would make a huge difference. Just some kindness. People come into stores already mad at someone like a spouse or a child and they take it out on the person on the other side of counter that is wrong. Be sweet. You can get more results by being kind and sweet versus being sour like vinegar. You will never get the results you want. Be genuine.

A family member left their bottle of medication in another city. The pharmacist was gracious enough to take the time to listen to our situation and came up with a solution to get the needed medication to our family member in a timely manner. We are grateful for people who take the time to understand and help when it really mattered.

Good luck getting them to answer a phone. Close to an hour of being put on hold and picked up. Sadly this is just normal for CVS. Not sure how they stay open. Oh wait they force people to use their insurance and then their pharmacy.

The pharmacy staff here is truly way beyond rude. It's quite mind-boggling that any store could treat customers the way they've treated us so many times. And we are very friendly, courteous people. Taking ALL our prescriptions out of this dump of a CVS and going elsewhere!
