Duke the pharmacist is incredibly rude and doesn’t let you finish a single sentence. The culture of this company is bigoted. Do better, your job is to help people. Start by hiring empathetic pharmacists who actually know the laws surrounding what they are doing.

If I could give it less -1, the cashier in front was very rude, we waited too long for her to charge me and then with an attitude she threw things away, the one who should be upset was me for waiting so long for her to charge me.

6042 is the Best pharmacy in Ocala by far. The store is clean including the restroom. Pharmacists & staff are ?!!!

Your pharmacist chase is rude, how dare you call and give patients lectures and chew us out. Leave your job if you're that unhappy. Don't call us questioning why we're coming through your drive thru for prescriptions and expose your staff to covid. You do covid testing.

This place is seriously a mess. We went there to get my mom's medical nebulizar solution and they didn't have it there. Later on we were told that it was at walgreens yet they didn't have it either. For some reason even though either pharmacy didn't carry it they still charged the insurance company. Thankfully publix pharmacy had called them and was put on hold for a very long time and after the issues they managed to call the insurance company and get their charges reversed then got us the prescription at the one by on top of the world tonight. My mom was basically having an asthma attack because of all the issues occurred. I recommend publix pharmacy as they seem to care. CVS motto is to help people live longer happier healthier lives yet they couldn't even help us get the prescription.

I had to make 7 trips for 7 meds even after speaking to my insurance company several times they said it wasn't approved they even said my license was not valid because it was cracked I was in the registry last week and they didn't have a problem with it.

no Stars would be more accurate. Rx NEVER answer the phones, they misplace Rxs, short controls fairly often, and tell me "they have no Mgr " when i ask to speak to one. terrible customer service, terrible attitude, iincompetently trained staff ! if I wasn't held hostage by health ins options, id switch. but im in cvs prison. so i can only try to shed light and perhaps shame them into improvibg!

So I arrived approximately 5:30 on Tuesday afternoon and saw 5 cars in line for the pharmacy drive through. So I decided to go inside and unfortunately there was a line there too about 8 people deep. I recognized the lady at the drive through and knew she was efficient so decided to go back outside and get in the drive through. I was about the 5th one in line. I waited patiently until it was my turn at the window. But then the lady who has helped me many times before let me know she’d be back in a few minutes. Unfortunately she was gone for over 10 minutes and ironically had gone back to the front to help work their line down. I don’t fault her completely as I imagine she was directed to do so. She finally came back and apologized for the delay. So as a customer what should I have done to be served? This was a horrible experience. I was in pain and awaiting a med for relief. Instead I was treated like I didn’t matter. If you’re going to pull someone long term from the drive through then CLOSE THE DRIVE THROUGH. This experience in whole was over 30 minutes. If I wasn’t in pain I would have left and tried later.

I don't know why this cvs got such poor reviews because they are awesome. The store is immaculate the pharmacy staff if wonderful and I have never had a problem here

yall got me scared with some of these reviews but I drove out here for my 1st dose of the covid shot and it was WONDERFUL, thank you roxanne, dFrek, and flower crown darth vader mask girl!! hope you see this. everyone was super friendly and competent, also it was clean and well stocked in there. nice location with decent amount of entrances and parking.
