I moved down to Ocala, FL temporarily and we were nervous about where to send our Giant Schnauzer, Roxy for Doggie Daycare because back home in Rockmart, GA we were spoiled at Precious Paws. How could we possibly find another Daycare as good? But, luckily we found a fantastic place, Cuddle Bugs Per Resort! They have been great and really love Roxy and she has been so happy there! However, today was her last day there because I’m moving down to our Villages office and will be taking her down there for Doggie Daycare. The folks at Cuddle Bugs Pet Resort were so sweet and had a party for her and sent her home with her favorite ball from there and the letter pictured here. We are so appreciative of the love they have shown to her and we’re hoping we are this blessed with the next daycare❤️ ?

I have been using this facility (boarding) for 3 years and I can always tell they love animals. I love bringing my fur baby for drop off and all of the staff get excited for my boy :) If I call and leave a message they always call back same day and if I write them emails they are always kind and give a response in a timely manner. They are also very reasonably priced IMO. On another note the facility lets you know well ahead of time if you need to update your vaccines for the stay of your animal and I greatly appreciate that. All the love for cuddle bugs and their staff <3

Cuddle Bugs is the only place in town I’d trust my dog. I’d recommend it to anyone. Staff is great.

My dogs stay here a lot due to me traveling. They’re always so great with taking them in last minute and my dogs love staying with them. I highly recommend this place for daycare as well.

they literally took a video of them beating my dog and sent it to me and they made him fight a rat. and the owner steve crushes on his employees and clients.

I used to love this place. Sadly, over 2023 the boarding care/service has drastically declined. My dog came home in such bad shape recently that I cannot see ever taking him back. I emailed the owner for some answers but never got a response. It really saddens me because I trusted them with my precious boy and they really let me down.Update: The owner did eventually contact me. He apologized and said he is working on getting things straightened out. He offered me a partial refund but so far I have not received it.

We had a great experience here. Last minute needs to board our Lilly and they took care of us. Needed to add a couple days to get through the holiday and they were happy to accommodate us. She got a fresh bath and a nail Trim to go. Thank you all for taking great care of our pup!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. They are not responsive, not professional, not sure if they care about my dog's well being unfortunately. I recommend you look for pet care elsewhere.

I've been going to cuddlebugs and boarding my bully for 4 years now and never had any issues. She loves the staff and the daycare. Over her stay last week, unfortunately something happened and she cut her paw before I picked her up, which required me to take her to the emergency vet on a Sunday after I could not stop the bleeding. The associate working did not know exactly how it happened. After calling to speak with Steve (owner) he was very understanding, empathetic, and apologetic for what happened. I understand accidents happen as well and sometimes these types of things cannot be avoided, however Steve was very professional and offered to refund the entire cost of the board, along with half the medical bills, which I was happy with. He handled the situation perfectly, I will be bringing Cinder back in the future.

I would NOT recommend anyone to take your dog here. Before we left when dropped our dog off, I asked for a tour of the place. First red flag! I didn't like that! Second, when we picked her up, she stunk bad. Her ears were filthy! I just didn't get a good feeling after leaving. That was our experience. Just wondering what they have to hide from not giving tours.

Recently boarded our dog at cuddlebugs. Friendly staff however couldn't reach someone on the phone during the stay. She was quite stinky and had dirty ears when we picked her up. She was Happy and calm at pick up. I was a day late but they were very nice about it. I don't know if I'll leave her there again

Absolutely not a fan. Facility smells like they don't clean well. Boarded our dog there for the day. They were given explicit instructions on our pups feeding schedule and brought his food for him. When we picked him up at the end of the day I asked about his feeding. I was told he didn't eat well. When I inquired about his food container, they went back to get it. When coming from the door to the back the person was putting the lid back on the container as if she had just open the container. I suspect they just dumped his food. Our dog came home and our suspensions seemed confirmed when our boy acted as he hadn't eaten since we dropped him off. Also he smelled so bad. I will not be going back there.

Don’t recommend this place for your loved one. Boarded my dog for 6 days while I was out of town and my dog was neglected
