Great place with an amazing coach (Vilma). 100% recommend if you live in Ocala. Definitely my new favorite place to workout.

I'm a 64 year old overweight (kinna) outta shape (for real) mom and grandma and coach V GOT ME DOING EXERCISES I've NEVER attempted before!! Every class I leave having tried something new, amazed I finished. AND still standing! Finest coach ever! THANK YOU COACH V! YOU THE REAL DEAL!

Coach Vilma is very knowledgeable and attentive with those who are in class, quickly able to help and show exercises and correct posture/movements during workouts.
