I’ve been coming to this gym for almost a year and it happened accidentally I wasn’t looking for it, the result are obvious and it has helped me tremendously both, physically and mentally. Dave and his team are very knowledgeable always putting first the health, then the PR’s. Glad to be doing this in the right place.
