This is inside the paddock mall and it said open and I stood there for half an hour and no one showed up . There was a bag and drink there but no person.. so i had to go out of my way to find a cricket.

Cricket has been a good service but it upsets me that when you are already tight on money, you have all these extra fees to spend. I understand the $15 reconnection fee but I’m upset that they charged me another $5 for paying over the phone. So I spent $20 more than my phone bill. Like why charge more money to pay over the phone when it’s a major inconvenience to waste gas driving over to cricket and have a sales person reconnect to save money? It’s ridiculous.
