Seemed like a rip off. The lady told me $25 activation fee. $60 a month fee for the service and told me I could probably walk out of there paying 150 that day first switching my service. I said why 150 if it's only $25 to activate it and $60 a month fee. She told me it was the taxes. Well they can take their $90 worth of taxes and keep their phone. Like I said it seemed like a rip-off to me

Needed to have 2 phones upgraded so I called the store to see if they were in stock and spoke with Ava? I think. Went in and the district manager actually happened to be in the store and she helped me. Great service from both of them. Think they have a very difficult job but they handled themselves great! Very happy with my service there.

Some staff are friendly some are not. I actually think they are understaffed. I do love my service with Cricket but my warranty was very misleading.

Very friendly staff. Much better than METROPCS whom I gladly switched from because of recent bad service. I know of many that had no service for some time.

Chris did a fantastic job with my husband when he was purchasing a new phone. He found the best deal and plan for us. And even offered to let us know about the financing. He spoke very clearly and understandably. Any question my husband had, Chris was able to answer. So, Big Time kudos to Chris for our visit at the store.

My wife just waited 45 minutes in their store today they need to get more employees in this store but I'll tell you the rudest person and I'll tell you if she needs her job taken away from her she doesn't know what she's doing and my wife sat there and her mother for 45 minutes and did not get helped
