“I want to thank everyone here for always being consistently nice and at the other branches as well because it's not often you go into these places where everyone is nice, helpful and very patient with all the questions you may have to get you on the right track in accomplishing your financial goals. We especially want to give a huge thanks to Denisse Nieves the Service Center Manager. Each time we have cross paths it has been an amazing interaction. She has been patient, kind and very informative in the questions that me and my husband have in how we can better our knowledge in our finances. She has helped my husband refinance his Hayabusa and helped us with our most recent chapter in our lives; be approved for a car loan. Honestly I've always imagined that these types of processes were going to be impossible and stressful but I've been proven wonderfully incorrect.
