Staff was great and very pleasant breakfast was OK and presented as ordered the sausage Patty's were a bit over cooked, the grits where very good eggs were tasty also

The new manager is trying to make it better ..she cleaned the store .. for a long time there was never the color we needed on the shelves... most of the time it is stocked...if not I ask she goes back and gets what I need . I do think for all of the money we spend as Stylists there should be a public bathroom. Js

I googled hair care products and cosmo came up as the closest. I walk in and a rude lady tells me they only sell to licensed pros. Ok nowhere on the site or even on the door to the business does it say not open to the general public. So I went and spent my money at Sally’s. Fix your add so people don’t waste a trip.

Terrible. I’ve been out of several products since the beginning of June and I usually come here every other month to refill. I’ve been asking for weeks if they’re getting liters of PM Tea Tree in for a shampoo I use and also get multiples of for family and friends. They have it with another liter of conditioner that I won’t use or give away so why would I waste my money on it when I just want the single shampoo. It’s been six weeks there is no supply chain issue for this product (other locations have it when I called and have driven over an hour to get the product since they refuse to stock the product) I’ve asked if they’ll order it and I get told it’s up to the manager if they’ll get it. I’ve been trying to requested it since Memorial Day and it’s mid July. I’ve been told every week it’ll be in the next shipment and it’s not. Moral of the story if it’s something that there’s usually a high demand for don’t come here to find it it’s a waster of your time they won’t get your product in or if they do they carry it if they’re out it’ll be a few months til they order it
