“When we came to Florida, looking for a home in the Ocala area, we wanted to find a branch of PNC Bank (our home banking institution). We found this branch in Heathbrook outside of Ocala proper and immediately made friends with the associates there. They made us feel comfortable, and to this day, every visit, they continue to welcome us. What a wonderful attitude! They must have good management there. They actually like their customers. Why they even called me the other day at home, wishing us a Merry Christmas. I call that great people skills. They have some nice banking products to take advantage of in today's trying financial times that can actually make you money. Yeah. I like that too!!”
