I hate the self check out, item was on sale and it charged full price so I had to get employee to correct. Costing me time in store. I will go to other stores for my morning needs znd gas.

I would give zero stars for this location due to one they call Miss Mary if I could. This so called manager first tells I can't buy beer from the discount section when it's plainly marked as such. Now for my real complaint; I've been coming to this location for months to get hot water and I DO bring my own cup. Well, this Miss Mary follows me out to my car and says she can't allow me to just walk in and get free coffee! It's hot water! So basically she was accusing me of being a thief! I felt extremely insulted by this. Everyone else there knows I do this and I've never had a problem until this woman gets involved. Anyway, I showed her my container of instant coffee and she called me a name that I won't repeat here. She also said that I was banned from going there anymore. I get the feeling this woman thinks she owns the store.Discipline your employees however you may but this woman needs to be fired. Any of the other employees are great and deserve to be a manager more than this joke of an employee. I would appreciate your attention to this.

Try using my .06 cents off per gallon card and my debit card..... The .06 cents off per gallon card was malfunctioning and charged my debit card twice ????
I ended up using cash instead to purchase my $30 worth of gas.... Upon arriving home and checking my bank.... Notice that I was charged $30.00 twice ?????
Call the store explain things to the cashier, Tony, and she told me to come in the following day which was today and she notified me that she had left word for her manager to check into things and gave me a copy of the paperwork to take to my bank to dispute the 2.....$30 charges that I shouldn't have been charged ? ??
Which I fully intended to do anyway..... But it seems rather odd there is no manager on duty working on the weekends ????
Hope everything will be resolved tomorrow because I am a retired disabled senior citizen on oxygen 24/7 365 days a year and on a fixed income.......so money is tight to begin with?????
Hopefully the manager will resolve it tomorrow..... As well as my bank returning my money since I am disputing both charges because I paid cash didn't use my debit card at all for the $30 gas purchased that I made I ended up paying cash ❗❗❗❗❗

Whoever's managed in the place decided to cut off. Beer sales at midnight don't even think that's legal in the state of florida. I won't be coming back for a while. Literally the only thing I wanted for christmas was a beer.

The girl inside marcell is insanely rude I spent over $200 in there and she was being rude about me coming back and checking a lottery ticket? there was an off duty worker I’m assuming or friend she was talking to and they let behind the counter nd she cussed at me cuz I didn’t wanna sit there and wait for her to finish talking to someone and get rung out ? awful person idk how you work in customer service job and hate pplHomeless ppl bothering u outside and the bathrooms looo like a tornado hit them. Change would start with getting rid of her.

On June 1st around 10:30am I went to the location behind cf collage . Rudest employee I've had to date. So snotty I left my products on the counter and left. I Will never return . You need employees that will not be rude to people and might actually have some kind of customer service skills.

Prices aren't bad, but the bathroom was disgusting!! It looked like it hadn't been cleaned in ages.
