Big store! Lots of items on sale and dressing rooms to try things on. Its located in a shopping plaza and a restaurant next door is a good place to park the non-shoppers or husbands. Another good perk is they ship your items back home, for free!

Oh, goodness!!! I went into Chico's with my sister who was looking for some jeans. My browsing began.Lisa, the sales attendant, was very helpful, pleasant, professional & personable.I left the store with several bags full of clothes. What a great day at Chico's.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this store. I live 30 minutes away from Ocala but it is worth the trip. The store is well-decorated with the updated outfits;it's CLEAN and the employees are super friendly and helpful. Recently I was there and stayed over an hour trying on outfits. They had 40%off everything and then special racks with an additional 50% off. There was even a rack with every item at $9.98. I found so many great buys for my vacation. I was able to purchase quality matching earrings for $10 as well. The best part is customer service. If you ever have a problem call and talk to the assistant manager Kristine. I had a big purchase yesterday but the clerk forgot to put the receipt in my bag. I called and talked to Kristine. She found the receipt and will make sure it gets to me! She was so helpful and patient. Love employees like that. I will continue to shop here and I hope they keep up with their superb service and great buys. Thank you Ocala Chico's Off the Rack! I have been a Chico‘s Girl for over 25 Years.My Husband told me that He will make me a sign out of wood that reads Chico‘s and put it on my Closet Door.I shop mostly at Chico‘s but I have been going to the Chico‘s Off The Rack for the last few Years.They do not have the same things as the regular Chico‘s but I always find something there that I like.
