I had a couple items to return due to me ordering the wrong size as well as picking up items ordered. The staff were excellent and courteous. I could not have been happier! Only one problem, there are so many great items that when leaving I noticed four more items that I had to purchase!

Proactive.
I very seldom get to use the word “proactive” describing customer service. So, this is a treat for me. I got some shirts here and was impressed by a few things. First, George, the lone staffer, noticed I entered the parking lot as he was leaving. He asked and I confirmed that I was going to shop here. He explained that he was going on his 30min break but would take it later (proactive). I insisted he break first since I didn’t have a shirt emergency. This meant locking up the store and placing a window display of the return time. During this time, one prospective customer pulled into the lot and I took it upon myself to let him know that George would be back shortly. And, that’s the last time I do that. This guy’s reaction was . . . not great. Kinda scary in fact. George came back. I informed him of this person so he could be prepared and careful. Second proactive impression was during my checkout. This disgruntled person called. I could tell it was him because I could hear him through the phone. So, it must’ve been very loud for George. Now, from my experience, most workers, especially manager level staff, would be reactive or at least dismissive. However, George very calmly explained the he was the only staffer onboard and had to take his meal break. In fact, it’s mandatory. Another thing I can testify to because, my employer faced a class-action lawsuit over the meal break issue. Although I’m surprised this is law in Florida as compared to my California which is anti-business on many issues. Anyway, as George was explaining this, the man hung up. Third and last impression was the great discounts and quality I got from this DXL, Casual Male.
I called later to make sure George was okay. Free market people. You don’t like one place? There’s plenty others.

This is your one-stop shop if you're a bigger or taller man, excellent selection, and their website is on point with amazing brands and fast shipping. George, the manager, is great at suggesting stylish clothing and is very knowledgeable about what sizes will fit you the absolute best. High quality 100% cotton polos, got 4 for $100. 10/10 will go again, well worth the trip.

The people instore are helpful and pleasant; however I really dislike the rewards expiring so quickly. I can get in to buy new clothes every 30-60 days. Especially when spending large amounts to earn the reward then have it expire so quickly. I'll be looking for other stores in my area and online where I can get items cheaper to make up for the lost incentives with DXL.

Today was our first time visiting the store and we were impressed!The customer service we got from George was more than exceptional! He took his time to take correct measurement's and give feedback on how to pair shirts and jackets. He even helped us special order an item they didn’t have available in store.We look forward to shopping here in the future.

The Garments I purchased was of great quality. My husband is tall and stout, I love that this retailer caters to Big and Tall men. Unfortunately, the problem I came across was the salesperson or manager of the store in Ocala FL. Her personality was less than pleasant. She acted like I bothered her? I realize that Days get long and sometimes this will wear on a person. But she didn't smile or say anything upbeat at all. Seems like maybe she needs a different profession??
