Our first and only transaction with them was amazing. They gave us considerably more than ANY Chrysler Dealership of the two we tried and both had a serious need for our vehicle. CarMax gave us an amazing 38% more than they offered. On a loaded 2016 Town and Country. This last time (most recently) they showed they don't like higher mileage cars, even when lower miles. Like my 2016 Fiat 500x Easy, with 95k miles. It's all good. Derek

I had an appointment to sell my car. I was immediately seated with an associate, as well as a trainee. The whole process was incredibly easy. Lee explained each step and everything went very smoothly and quickly. I was extremely pleased with the experience.

Got to this carmax and worse customer service. Walked in no one greeted me and when I walked to the counter and tried to explain what i was looking for, the guy said "the cars are outside". Won't due business with or recommend this carmax to anyone. Horrible. Spanish guy at the front desk. Terrible customer service. He didn't even know I had $30k cash in my pocket to buy a car cash. Your loss another dealer gain.
