I've been underwhelmed by the service at this CVS. Out of four prescriptions, they have been out of stock two times, and often have rather long waiting periods to fill prescriptions when they have been in stock. The staff have generally been nice, but simply seem overworked. In my experience, they have a great deal of difficulty providing accurate estimates of when prescriptions will be filled, and aren't able to answer the phone to give updates. Ocala has many pharmacies. I anticipate many are able to provide better service than this location.
