BEWARE! if I could give a zero I would. I have submitted a request to cancel for the past 5 months and I am still being charged.

BEWARE! I have cancelled my membership 3 months ago and am still being charged! If you cancel your membership, they will continue charging your credit card! I have now been forced to file a complaint with the FTC since they will not cancel my membership or answer their phone. I have left numerous messages and e-mails to no avail!

Love Caliber. Just wish all vacuums had good suction and there was cleaner specifically for tires and rims.

They only give deodorant to members and I visit the facilities twice a month and I am not a member with the $23.00 wash, it's a shame they don't keep the client who always pays for the most expensive wash...☹️
