SERIOUSLY... RECONSIDER USING THIS COMPANY!!!! BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!! I had a very bad experience with this company. From the first day right on through the present, 2 years later. I am still fighting to get my cabinets done properly. I have a cabinet that was broken from day one. The installer promised to fix it and never did. The doors are warped and don't close properly. The light rail is also warped. I contacted the store only to get a run around for months and from one manager to another to another in the Port Orange, FL store. They can't seem to keep managers long enough to see a project through to the end. I tried contacting the owner, to no avail. The company sent out someone to inspect the warped doors and light rails a year plus later. He took pictures and sent them back to one of the managers showing the defects. Finally, after 2 years, the store ordered new doors and light rail but wanted me to pay the new installers to install the product. I should not have to pay for a defective product. The company is blaming the original installers for the warped product. They told me I needed to contact the original installers to install the replacement parts. The company is not standing behind the workers they hired. The company is doing everything in their power to not correct my issues unless I pay additional money. They also ordered the wrong granite countertop. I complained immediately but got nowhere. In addition, they bullnosed the granite countertop in my house without putting up protection for my house. It took me months to clean up all the granite dust. I went to the store countless times, called countless times, only to be brushed off each and every time. This list of issues just goes on and on and on. Now, we are in small claims over the issues. I had to give a least a 1 star, however, I would not give any.

Julie was a pleasure to work with. Absolutely true to the design and no hidden surprises cost or design wise. I would highly recommend using Julie as your designer for your kitchen. This was a wedding gift for my daughter and they love it!

Stay away. Hire your own contractor. Don't waste your time and money. Christina is a liar. They tell you things then don't keep promises. They hire installers without vetting them. The work is shoddy at best. I have an unfinished bathroom and they refuse to give me a refund for trim that I don't have that the contractor refuses to finish and that probably won't fit due to their negligence. Tom Marina is the owner. I have requested to speak to him but doubt that will ever happen. Please, I beg you, stay away. This was at the St. Augustine store, but I think Port Orange and Ocala are just as bad as I have seen bad reviews for all of them and Christina now works at the Port Orange store. My sister's vanity wasn't even installed properly and she had to wait another week for them to come back. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

The worst experience we have ever had with any home materials business!! Do Not believe what they tell you about delivery dates or expect them to correct any order mistakes they or their manufacturer make!! My husband and I ordered and paid for 2 small bathroom vanities on Oct. 14, 2023. We were skeptical about the 6 to 8 week wait but promised they would be in before Christmas as we were hosting a very large family dinner. I called at week 7 and was told the cabinets would be here in the next week. When there was no response the following week, I called back and was told the cabinets would be delivered Dec. 29!!!! We actually got the cabinets almost 12 weeks from the date ordered on Jan. 4, 2024!
The Christmas dinner was an embarrassing mess with no working bathroom sinks! We did ask for a refund upon finding out that the vanities would not be here in time to install before Christmas so we could go elsewhere to purchase vanities. They denied a refund and simply said it was out of their control. Until delivery of the cabinets, we discovered that the smaller cabinet was not what we ordered, the wrong style was sent! Cabinet Factory Outlet ordered the proper doors but it was another 2 week wait and we were expected to pay for the installer to come back and switch out the doors! Horrible, horrible customer care!
Do not deal with this company! I would not have given them any stars at all except I could not post this review without adding one.

We ordered 2 small bathroom vanities on Oct. 14, paid in full, and was promised delivery in 6-8 weeks. We were concerned because delivery on time was crucial as we were hosting a huge Christmas dinner Again, we were assured delivery in time. At 8 weeks I was told the vanities would be here the first week of January! We asked for our money back to go elsewhere locally and quickly, but they would not accommodate us. Just told us that it was out of their hands and a manufacturers problem. The vanities were delivered Jan. 4 and to add insult to injury, one of the cabinets was not the style we ordered! We had to wait another 2 weeks for the correct doors and drawer front and pay to have our installer come back out to put them on. Cabinet Factory Outlet would not reimburse us for that cost. This was by far the worst experience with any home materials business we have ever had.

—My Mother is Very Happy—My 86yo mother ordered cabinets at the Ocala location. There was an initial hiccup due to the order being partially incorrect on the employee end (wrong drawer fronts)—but once the management was made aware of the situation—they fixed it and the employees involved no longer work there.Allye is amazing and helped her get the correct drawer fronts ordered for my mom and made sure we received as much help as she could personally give in her position. Brian also was a huge help in getting a date/time coordinated in order to have the correct drawer fronts put on for my mom. Both Allye and Brian have been such a huge help in getting this project finished and my mom was truly very happy with the assistance they gave her!In the end, I cannot express enough gratitude towards the incredible team that pulled this project together for my mom. From the moment they reached out to correct the initial hiccup in her order—to the final installation of my mom’s kitchen cabinets, every step of this process was met with professionalism, precision, and an unwavering commitment to excellence. This level of transparency and open communication truly made her feel valued as a customer.The quality of workmanship displayed by the company and Brian was simply outstanding. The attention to detail and meticulous craftsmanship evident in every cabinet was truly commendable. My mom was very pleased by the precision with which Brian installed the cabinets, resulting in a flawless and seamless finish. The cabinets not only look beautiful but are also functional, providing ample storage space and enhancing the overall aesthetics of my kitchen.My mom was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and organization maintained by Brian during installation. Worst place to buy takes to long I have paid fore the granite and after two days have an emergency and talk to my sales rep and they tell me was not problem to refund my money but take them about 5 days to tell me they only have two options give me store credit or refund of 50% back so was not what I was told when I call the first time the manager was not helpful hard to reach out by phone and of course need some money and have to pay them $675 fore nothing

As a Disabled Veteran I find life challenging after suffering a Traumatic Brain Injury… so I have to trust people for their word and in this case I did. We were told when we signed papers that it would be 2-3 weeks. It has been more than a month and still nothing! We called to ask why and the manager told me that she made a mistake and then was off for a week. They are not willing to rush the delivery, they are not even apologetic. If you want someone that you can count on who will deliver on their word, this is not the company you want. Also, WHAT KINDA OF PEOPLE TAKE ADVANTAGE OF A DISABLED VETERAN? What happened to my word is my bond. No one has any morals anymore. I strongly encourage you to go somewhere where they care about people.

we went all over to find help planning our kitchen. The cabinet factory outlet helped us so much in planning the new cabinets,choosing colors for them and the counter tops along with the back splash. I now have a beautiful kitchen that really works for me. I would'nt go anywhere else or recommend anyone else for this work. they were all so nice,pleasant and helpful. they answered all our questions no matter how often we called them. sweet and kind, a true pleasure. Gonzalo was our sales associate. He was very helpful. I did not feel rushed. He helped pull samples of flooring and placed them side by side for me to look at and walk on. I bought Tavern Oak Plank Flooring. I could not be more pleased He suggested Heck of a Floor to install and they also did a great job
