The amount of areas that Colen is building out and has contracted Bridgenet to support is beyond their technical capabilities. Bridgenet went down hard today and didn't know until they showed up for work. No failover capabilities, no disaster recovery which means anyone working from home is dead in the water... No timeline on when we will be back up and online...

I just spoke to Tony on the phone who quite frankly was of zero help promising service sometime on Monday the 12 the day after the Super Bowl is held.. My wife and I have lived in OTOW for almost a year and without exception we have received the worse internet service I've ever seen.I have heard excuse after excuse including a letter stating Bridgenet had failed to plan for the growth in OTOW as if Bridgenet is not aware of the home sales here daily.At this point I really only have one question when/if ever does Bridgenet plan on doing something about it and staying ahead of the curve?

Absolutely the worse internet service you can have. They can't diagnose properly when you have an issue. They give you the run around to when they can come see what the issue is and don't even show up when they are supposed to. Technical support is useless. Wish they would allow another service in Calesa other than Bridgenet

Just moved here. I was not sure of how the bridgenet operated also wanted to increase the speed.I went to the office to in inquire and hopefully have someone walk me thru your service as I am not familiar with how yours works.About 2:00 pm on a Wednesday your office was empty. I approached the lady at the desk she inquired what I wanted and tried to explain I was new etc,etc.Also explained that I was hoping to increase the rate to 100.I was actually disappointed in the way I was treated. As a new home owner I had expected that some one would at minimum walk through how it worked. Most everyone I have encountered in TOP OF THE WORLD have been very courteous and have taken the time to help me and make me feel welcome into this new community.Well I cannot say this for your office personnel at Bridgenet. The woman was curt in her answers told me I could not increase the speed as some sort of upgrade was taking place.Did not say hello, did not treat me with any sort of respect and left me with the impression I was bothering her and getting rid of me.Mind you! the office WAS EMPTY!There was another woman in a private office but also did not seem to care.I understand now why your company has such dismal ratings!Is it because you are the only source of internet service? So does this give you permission to dismiss and be rude to new owners?I doubt honestly anyone from Bridgenet will read this let alone respond to my comments.As I said guess you (Bridgenet) have me and my wife by the "short hairs" so serving your customers and treat them accordingly.R CastroWayborne Landing new home owner.

If I could give a ZERO I would for sure. Horrible service. Rude tech support. Pay for 200mb... lucky if I get 20 on a good day. I'm looking for an alternative as are all of my neighbors.

Internet is not reliable. Numerous days and nights that I could work from home and cannot due to speeds around 1-3 MBPS not the 300 that I pay for.If I could ditch them, I would in a heart beat. Can’t because they have a monopoly on our neighborhood.

It’s not worth it. Pay money and get Starlink. Yes it’s more upfront cost but you will save in the end and have more reliability.
