We had to put our 2 19 yr old cats to sleep this week. They were both very thin and no longer able to thrive.

I am not a client and this rating is solely based on my interaction with Veronica at the Front Desk. I came into today to inquire about boarding my two senior cats in October. Immediately she informed me there boarding is only for established patients ( totally understandable ). However, she was not very forth coming with information, she said she didn't know if they would have openings for when I needed. Someone working behind her spoke up and said I do believe we have openings for October 10 thru 14th. I was given a cost of $30 to $100 a night with not much description info. I declined with ' no thank you'. I just feel she was being intentionally difficult and unwelcoming. I worked for a Veterinarian with boarding facilities for almost 10 years so I know the way its supposed to work and how things go behind the scenes.

I have been taking my cats to Brick City Cat Hospital since I moved to the Ocala area. Dr Salpeter saved the life of one of my favorite fur children and in doing so earned my complete and total trust. I have never known another vet to explain my cats conditions to me in such detail. ..I have also found the other veterinarians that work with her to be knowledgeable and compassionate. The staff is fantastic, and the office is highly organized. I can't say enough good things about this place.

The vets and their assistants are always wonderful. The front desk ladies not so much, they could be taught to be a little happier/cheery. But it’s all about the vets and they’ve always been so caring and kind.

Dr. Salpeter and her staff at Brick City Cat Hospital are everything you could want for your cat-
caring, extremely knowledgeable and professional. She just really knows cats and what they need. She also does an excellent
job of communicating to kitty parents what they need to do to keep cats healthy and happy. I especially appreciate how much she works to go above and beyond just simple medical requirements. Her focus on making a visit to the vet as positive as possible for the parent and the cat is just phenomenal ! ?

I brought my cat to the hospital for an emergency visit. They were gentle and respectful to my cat's feelings of being scared and uncomfortable. They were also very supportive of me and understanding of my fear of possibly losing my cat. I highly recommend Brice City Cat Hospital.
