“This is the first time, I had them do a body paint repair. Excellent service and hospitality. He got my vehicle in the next day, quick service on a Saturday . He fixed the one side of the mirror and paint, but decided to do the the other one which was in excellent shape at no additional charge. “I was involved in accident and Geico suggested Caliber Collision of Ocala, FL for repairs. I was aware of their quality work and it is less than an quarter of a mile from where I live; which was an added bonus. Their receptionist, Maggie, greeted me with a friendly smile and helpful attitude, and she started the 1st leg of the repair work. Afterwards, I met with Kenny Schultz who kept me informed, via phone calls and texts about the repair progress. The work performed was better than I expected, also, they found damage to and replaced the left headlamp assembly which I am grateful for. I would highly recommend anyone to take their damage vehicle from an accident to a Caliber Collision near you.”

“Joe Hudson’s Collision Center has been amazing. Unfortunately, we have had to use them twice this year. Both of these times it has been an excellent experience! first time my vehicle was totaled and they were excellent through the process. Most recently. a deer hit my daughter’s car. It was her first accident and she was understandably upset, but they made the process very easy. We also received the car back two days before expected, which was an added bonus!”

“Took my son's car in for a rear bumper repair. Staff was friendly, and the lobby was clean. Communication was excellent. They called me about 3 days after drop off to let me know they no longer make the rear bumper that is on my car. So I had to agree with a plain bumper instead of the original one that had writing etched in it, texted me with updates 2- 3x a week. The car was finished, I called to ask about the other issue, which was mentioned at the time of drop off and apparently nothing was mentioned to the shop from the insurance co to check out the issue...communication then was not good. Waited and waited until I called again and was told they still haven't heard anything from the insurance company and that I need to call them. Meanwhile, I'm in a rental car that I need to return, (When the car is finished), and the insurance company knows the car is finished so now I'm being charged for the rental... yet nobody can find out answers, and I need to call now... Why should the customer have to do anything? I told the insurance company and the shop about all the issues when the car was dropped off. Long story short, I picked up my car. The new bumper doesn't match the color of the rest of the car.. it's lighter than the original paint. SMH, I returned the rental car because the shop claims the issue wasn't related to the accident, yet I had no issues with the car until after the accident. Make that make sense, please.”

Unfortunately my car was totaled but JJ kept me up to date during every step of the assessment process and advocated for a faster turnaround with my insurance company. I am not local to Ocala but the staff did everything to ensure the process went smoothly - even from hours away. They took a genuine human approach to one of the worst experiences of my life and made it significantly less painful. I hope you don't have to visit them, but if you do, you're in good hands.”
“AMAZING body work. Owner Alex is a bit ADHD some people think he's blowing them off, being rude, or he's trying to be funny with them. That is not the case. When you leave you will be more than happy with the work provided. Just be prepared if Alex says 5PM he probably means 7PM.”
