“This is the first time, I had them do a body paint repair. Excellent service and hospitality. He got my vehicle in the next day, quick service on a Saturday . He fixed the one side of the mirror and paint, but decided to do the the other one which was in excellent shape at no additional charge. Unfortunately my car was totaled but JJ kept me up to date during every step of the assessment process and advocated for a faster turnaround with my insurance company. I am not local to Ocala but the staff did everything to ensure the process went smoothly - even from hours away. They took a genuine human approach to one of the worst experiences of my life and made it significantly less painful. I hope you don't have to visit them, but if you do, you're in good hands.”

“Safelite replaced my motorhome windshield. All when well, right on schedule. Very professional and they communicated extremely. I always knew what was going on through them texting or calling me.
However a few days later I noticed the windshield washer fluid was t squirting out. They set an appointment. They were right on time and came to my house. Jared looked at the problem and repaired it in less than an hour. Jared showed me the squiters worked and was very professional.
