I have bought traded and done business with the service department at the Ocala location over the past years. I must say that The experience has been nothing but professional and top-notch. For this reason I keep coming back when it comes to my car purchases or maintenance on my vehicles. They do take care of you and make you feel like you are a valued customer no matter what kind of service you’re looking for and I appreciate that.

BMW of Ocala delivered the best vehicle buying experience ever. I drove 2 hours to view the one about which I had inquired. I received prompt replies and videos to answer my questions. The salesman, financial associate and everyone there were professional, friendly and very accommodating. I absolutely recommend shopping here for new or used autos. They even surprised me with roses and a cake when they saw it was my birthday! Thank you guys for making it a great day.

Called to get pricing on a lease of an i4 and was quoted over $1100/month. Absurd pricing when the quoted selling price is approximately $55K. The national bmw lease is $399–granted you have to come up with around 5k + taxes and some fees. I’ve leased over a dozen cars (mostly premium) and what was quoted by this dealership had me literally LOL!

The staff Robb Cole BMW Four s Store is very warm and the service attitude is very good. Other staff also ask you what to drink or eat when they meet you. Each of them is very polite and smiling, which makes me feel very friendly and feel that this is my own home. Look at the Okara BMW after-sales service, the service attitude is really worth learning from us, thank you again for every person who helps me in BMW after-sales service, and wish your business better and better!
